Great hotel near the center of the city. Friendly staff with nice rooms. A couple minor things we thought could be improved. It said gym had weights and only had two 2lbs weights so hard to do a strength workout. Other minor thing was the “bar” didn’t serve alcohol only beer. But overall great stay and would love to stay again.

Our first visit to Hangzhou. 1) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable 2) Smart hotel room, "Xiaodu, Xiaodu" is lovely, everything is done 3) The front desk were friendly, polite and helpful 4) Free laundry service provided 5) The location is excellent - just right in front of Exit E 6) Many attractions within walking distance. Will definitely come again if we are in Hangzhou again.

Super love love this hotel. Big clean comfortable room located at a very peaceful location. Just a short walk away to many restaurants and cafes.

As overall it was a nice stay here. The staffs are friendly, we have a smooth check in to the hotel even we arrived in the midnight. It is really good that the hotel provided luggage storage service to keep our luggage for a couple of days until we came back to the hotel again for a one night stay after our Shanghai trip. Xiao Du in the room is entertaining, we can't stop laughing with all the responses it gave us.

Good location. Walking distance to Hefang street, Deshou Palace & Former Residence of Hu Xueyan. Jiangcheng Rd metro station is just next to hotel & just take line 7 to go straight to Xiaoshan airport at rmb 7. Hotel uses AI voice control & is clean & room looks new. Hotel receptions also helpful & polite in inquiries. A very pleasant stay at hotel.

Great place to stay, near multiple attractions with a train station right next to the hotel, and in a quiet part of town. Hotel is really clean with amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful in solving issues.

This is an amazing hotel. Our room was ready earlier than the check in time. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. The people are nice. The location is perfect. I recommend.

A very pretty hotel with lots of space. Only problem is that it is not on Baidu map, so have to use the subway station next to it as a landmark. Walking distance to Hefang Main Street.

Breakfast is good with ample choice but the steam soup is very salty. Tomato egg noodles and small wanton soup is good.

Love the voice control functions. Location is excellent as it is near the famous Hefang Street and metro. Beds were clean and comfortable.
