Ulasan Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Pedestrian Street Qingju Hotel

Bersih, bersih, tenang, dan kakitangannya sangat mesra saya sangat berpuas hati dengannya. Terutamanya bilik dobi dengan fungsi basuh dan pengeringan bersepadu adalah sangat mudah, menjimatkan banyak masalah. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan West Lake Scenic Area, hanya 12 minit berjalan kaki.

Lokasi hotel mudah dicari, hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki dari kereta api bawah tanah. Keluar dari hotel dan berjalan ke kiri untuk seketika dan anda akan menemui Tasik Barat Anda tidak perlu risau tentang tiada apa-apa untuk dimakan apabila anda berjalan ke Yintai pada waktu petang, kerana terdapat banyak pilihan. Bilik dobi terletak di tingkat satu hotel, berhampiran pintu masuk lif. Tingkat dua adalah tempat anda bersarapan, makanannya ok. Tiada butang pembersihan di dalam bilik, jika anda memerlukan pembersihan, anda perlu memberitahu meja depan. Walaupun tiada TV Internet, anda boleh menghantar skrin dan menonton apa sahaja yang anda mahukan. Saudara-saudari di kaunter penerimaan tetamu semuanya baik dan peramah, dan mereka akan mengambil inisiatif untuk bertanya khabar apabila anda keluar masuk.

Pertama kali melancong ke Hangzhou, tengok hotel lama-lama, akhirnya datang cuba rumah ringan, buka kotak buta 🤣 tetap hebat! Penginapan bilik adalah sangat selesa! Semangat sangat disyorkan! Tone simple, bantal cukup selesa dan sedap tidur 🤣 isi peti ais kecil pecah, pengering rambut sangat bagus, adik-adik meja depan sangat bagus. Dan mudah untuk perjalanan, ke Yintai boleh berjalan kaki (mungkin saya suka berjalan 😂) ke Tasik Barat berjalan sendiri, OK 👌🏻 lain kali lagi harus tinggal ❤️😆

Love the location here could walk within 15 mins to the famous West lake and also close to the Hangzhou shopping center. The newly open hotel just opened in Dec 2023 and the spacious room with abundant amenities.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found our experience to be satisfying. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and efficient service. Additionally, the hotel provided bottled water every day, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. This small gesture contributed to our overall comfort and convenience during our stay. The location of the hotel is also worth noting. It is situated in a very convenient area, making it easy to access local attractions, dining options, and transportation. This added to the ease and enjoyment of our trip.

Excellent service especially the front desk. Provide extra help and hospitality. Arranged packed breakfast when they knew we require to catch an early morning flight

The hotel interior design is very nice. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. Very happy to stay here as the location is quite near to the IN77 shopping area and West Lake. Laundry room is well managed.

First time staying at this hotel but not my first time with Atour hotels. My friend and I both love this hotel so much, bedding was large and comfortable, location is great and it is nice to have the free porridge buffet. We walked to nearby in77 mall for lunch and they had many options. Highly recommended and we would definitely come back when we get the chance.

Very friendly staff and very considerate arrival icecreams, water, and night supper. Breakfast is also sumptuous. Location is great, near a mrt and bus stations where you can get to popular spots directly. If the lift can be renovated, it would be perfect.

We booked family room, it was quite spacious n clean. The hotel quite near to west lake, shopping area and culinary around 10 mins walk. Recommended.

The front service counter is friendly. Bed room and pillow is comfortable. Will back to the same hotel again😊.

all staff service is good. got the laundry service, very good location, only 5 minute walk to the commercial area.

clean room, about 10 minutes walk to in77 shopping area (where the train station is). about 5 minutes from the nearest family mart/lawson. would recommend! the staffs were absolutely friendly and kind throughout our entire stay as well.
