I got my money's worth and a good sleep throughout my stay. Just wished they had a much better system to efficiently check-in their guests cause I booked here thru Trip but they don't have any sort of online system to reflect the booking status, check in time itself took almost an hour and everyone was so tired from the trip. They should improve better facilities especially water from the tap, it's not safe to drink and the water they gave is questionable we had to buy mineral water from a drugstore. They also offer breakfast and their bar and menu is good and affordable. Overall it's okay, would still recommend to my friends to stay here since location wise and service wise, they're good.

Everything was really nice in this hotel. I love it. The hotel is on the beach and it has really great view. The stuff is really friendly and kind. All the people here are totally polite. The supervisor of this hotel is Gorgeous woman she helped us several times and you can see that she’s almost involved in the everyday life of the guests. Well, we have the problem with the Wi-Fi, she didn’t just said they cannot do anything. She gave us another room with a good Wi-Fi that was more expensive, but they didn’t take any money from us. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who wanna live in the heaven with a great facilities.

the room was almost clean but we saw an insect/little centipede near the sink. I tolerated because thinking it was near the beach and didnt saw any other insects. the bathroom didnt have any partition. their breakfast menu was amazing

The place was awesome although it's quite far from the main road...front desk really accommodate us when we arrived and people who work in the hotel are all nice and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and definitely recommended but need to be ready for a long walk...

The staff is amazing. It’s right in front of the beach. Great atmosphere. The rooms don’t have WiFi it’s only available in the lobby. This can be a huge inconvenience! Zipline is outside etc. the bike rates and boat rates are more expensive than the neighbors. Save some money and rent these outside! Breakfast buffet is so so. Come with cash they don’t swipe.

Booked a "dorm" room which is basically a private room. The hotel is located at vanilla beach which is a very nice beach to swim and tan. The Town is a bit far away but doable by tricycle or scooter. The view is amazing and the lobby is also a nice place to sit around. Special thanks to the employees who were so nice and helpfull. Liked it so much i extended my stay there. The only downside was that there is no hot water in the room but its not cold either. And lots of mosquitos at night.

Very attentive service at reception and in the restaurant. All staff are friendly and all greet you (even cleaning / grounds / security staff). Great location right on the beach. Reasonable meal prices and reasonable drinks. The rooms are clean and appear to be recently renovated. Aircon and hot water all work well. Unlimited drinking water for your room. Be aware that there is no fridge in the room. Also, there is no daily cleaning of the room unless you request it.

Nice resort and our room has a great sea view, affordable price. The problem is their low connection wifi. Expect no signal and low internet

ANTS ANTS ANTS EVERYWHERE!!! For 1 week staying no 1 cleaning. Very small breakfast, like for children. But very good looking on the sunset. Good place for snorkeling and good beach. Better not take bungalows, cuz no space for everything, only bed and small restroom.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. It is extremely run down. There is no running water in the room or wifi anywhere in the hotel. The room constantly smelt horrid I think the toilet not being able to flush when used made the room smell BETTER The staff are incompetent and rude and we’re not willing to help me and my partner who became very sick whilst staying at this hotel The food is awful, uncooked pasta, we asked for butter and they gave us cheese and all of the staff laughed as they brought it over. They told breakfast stopped at 9, we went down at 8:20 and there was a few bits of burnt pancakes and some dry cold fish, don’t waste your time. This is not even worth a £1 a night. El Nido isn’t cheap to stay In but there is a reason this is cheaper to stay in than other places.
