Amazing location with an amazing view! The staff is very kind and friendly. There is a good cafe downstairs but the price is quite high, 38 RMB for an Americano, the highest I ever paid in China... 😅

It was an ok place to stay. It didn’t live up to my expectations. The room was cold and the roof was leaking a little. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially during winter. The service was good though.

The host was really welcoming. He waited for my arrival at 12.30am and was very helpful with the luggage and explaining the accomodation. The accomodation was really clean and had all the amenities you would need. 5 stars and I'll definitely be back!

Great place to make a home base in Hangzhou. We stayed for a long weekend. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient with a cafe with lots of good drinks downstairs The service was the best quality of this hotel. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, they gave us a free afternoon tea pot. When my boyfriend wasn’t feeling well, they provided cold medicine right from the front desk for us! The location is good for going to Westlake on foot or bike - it’s nestled in the hills and very serene. However the neighborhood seems like a new tourism area and it’s not equipped for all the taxi and DiDi traffic it gets. There were lots of traffic jams caused by people driving the wrong way down the one way, or too narrow streets. The room was comfortable with lots of special amenities. We liked the heated floors, bathtub, remote curtains, and waterfall shower.

Location is great. The service staff are young and energetic. They are polite, attentive and kind. The room layout and interior are very impressive. We enjoy the sunset view from our balcony. We will definitely come back.

Host is very helpful and super friendly. The room is clean, comfortable and cozy. The environment is good and the mountain view is amazing. Location is also near to public transport and tourist spots.

A small like family type hotel located on a small hill. Very nice view especially from the room I stayed. Can see the mountains, sunset, etc. Service is good. Staffs are very warm, especially the manager, a very sweet girl Ah Wen (阿雯）。

茗白在四眼井山坡高處，陽台的風景非常美！霜庭房間兩個大人帶一個小朋友可以住。房間乾淨整潔，服務也很好，管家妹妹和小弟都很友好，我們第一天還品嚐了店裡的牛排披薩很不錯，周圍吃的也很多，去西湖也很方便，是一次愉快的住宿體驗

家庭出遊，第一次選擇民宿, 入住的流霞”房很温馨也很乾凈舒適，小朋友超喜歡榻榻米床和陽台浴缸🛁. 8月杭州實在太熱，中午選擇樓下用餐和下午茶，都還不錯（咖啡甜點的深度愛好者），如果住店客人有優惠就更可.另外推薦的附近的幾家創意餐廳也挺好. 服務人員很好，很熱心，送了水果，幫忙拿行李，小朋友踏空扭了腳，幫忙拿葯油.

房間非常好 服務也很好 還送小甜品真的好好吃哦那個小蛋糕 房間很寬敞還有大陽台 沒拍房間和四個好朋友聚會有點亂 因為房間很大聚會真的很開心 前台小姐姐服務超級超級好 小姐姐人也特別好 很有耐心 小哥哥也很帥噠！

出去自駕了8天7晚，服務最好的民宿，沒有之一，房間在三樓，很乾爽，親子房，夠大，還有個大浴缸很舒服，本來想着樓下簡餐隨便吃吃，意外的，非常好吃，榴蓮披薩牛排和烤麪包每一樣都好吃

培訓完過來住一晚，很棒的體驗。 窗外山景優美，很適合看夕陽晚霞，送的茶點點心都很好吃，設施細節好評。 這裏適合發呆拍照放空自己，下次有機會還會再來哈。

民宿在網紅打卡點裏，定的房間設施很人性化很齊全很乾凈，超大的圓形浴缸，衞生間有全身鏡，對女士很友好，還有洗衣液，和其他民宿不一樣的地方～歡迎水果也很豐富很甜，管家發的一些攻略也很齊全，好評。
