I liked the hotel and room facilities, but it might be a bit challenging if you're traveling with elderly people, as the building is on a slope and requires a short climb. I enjoyed the afternoon tea cakes; they were delicious and fragrant.

The front desk service was quite good, but the room didn't meet hygiene standards. There were a lot of bugs in the bedding, which bit me all over and made me itchy. I didn't get much rest!

The room was quite clean and the environment was great. The service was especially good; the front desk lady was excellent. Also, the toast and coffee on the first floor were fantastic and could even be delivered to the room. The only downside, if I had to pick one, is that the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant.

I booked this place specifically for its proximity to West Lake and the mountain view rooms! The actual experience was even better than expected! The location is right in the core scenic area of West Lake, making it super convenient to get to Su Causeway or Lingyin Temple by taxi, and also great for cycling. No worries about transportation at all. The room was clean and tidy, and the large bed was incredibly soft and comfortable – I slept wonderfully. Soaking in the tub at night while enjoying the mountain view completely washed away the day's fatigue. The service was also a huge plus. The owner sent check-in instructions in advance, responded instantly to any questions, and even recommended local favorite restaurants. We also received a small gift and an afternoon tea set upon arrival, and the desserts were delicious! 😄 The terrace in the common area is fantastic for photos! With its white tables and chairs against a green mountain backdrop, every shot looks like an Instagram-worthy masterpiece. I took so many beautiful pictures. I also went to Prince Bay Park on my own and got some lovely photos of the tulips and the popular flower boat. For a place within the West Lake scenic area, it's really great value for money. The facilities are new, and all the appliances and bathroom fixtures are reliable. Overall, a perfect experience!

I first stayed at Mingbai in January 2018, and almost every time I've visited Hangzhou since, I've chosen this guesthouse. It's perfect whether I'm traveling solo or with my family of three. The location is fantastic, nestled on the mountain in Siyan Jing, so you're already surrounded by beautiful scenery. Tiger Run is right outside, and it's only two stops to Su Causeway and Prince Bay. The guesthouse itself has a stylish architectural design, and the rooms are clean and comfortable – truly wonderful!

This guesthouse, nestled beside Hupao Road within the West Lake scenic area, offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Open the window and you're greeted by green mountains and blue skies. I woke up to birdsong in the morning and watched the sunset in the evening. The room had a minimalist, natural wood style with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for gazing at the cloud-shrouded mountains and letting all my fatigue melt away! When traveling, a comfortable stay is absolutely paramount. The white terrace in the public area is ideal for unwinding. Sipping a coffee on a high stool, time just seemed to slow down. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive, proactively recommending off-the-beaten-path routes and even preparing delicate refreshments. Despite being in a scenic area, parking was convenient, and it wasn't far to walk to West Lake. This place truly offers the best of both worlds: mountain tranquility without sacrificing access to dining and entertainment. This was the most pleasant surprise of my Hangzhou trip. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll definitely be back here to enjoy the mountains, clouds, and sunsets.

This guesthouse has beautiful mountain views; you can breathe in fresh air as soon as you wake up! It's very comfortable and clean, and the service is great. The cafe downstairs also has a lovely view, and it's close to Taiziwan Park.

We brought our little one on this trip and booking the family room here was such a pleasant surprise, it totally exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. The facilities were comprehensive and thoughtfully arranged, which made our child super happy, and allowed us to relax too. The view from the room's balcony was absolutely stunning! A huge bonus is the cafe located on the ground floor. It's quiet and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while admiring the scenery outside. It felt so relaxing and therapeutic. The service was also fantastic – warm and attentive. Overall, the experience was top-notch. If we ever visit Hangzhou again, this guesthouse will definitely be our first choice!

The 'Slanting Sun Garden King Room' and 'Snow Hidden Mountain View King Room' are both fantastic. They're spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff clean them meticulously every day, making for a truly comfortable stay. The young men and women working at the guesthouse are super nice – not only is their service excellent, but they're also incredibly caring. We saw them helping an elderly person in the rain and immediately assisting guests with their luggage. These little details really warmed our hearts. The guesthouse's location is also superb, right within the West Lake scenic area, offering fresh air and lovely views. We celebrated Chinese New Year here with 8 people, including my parents, kids, and friends, and it was so lively and heartwarming. This trip was absolutely perfect! I've already recommended this guesthouse to my friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

I brought my family here for a relaxing getaway this time, and choosing the Liuxia Family Room was absolutely worth it! The room was more spacious than I expected, with excellent natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was very comfortable, and most importantly, the views were incredible! I noticed this is the highest hotel in the area, nestled on top of a hill. The service was also very thoughtful; the owner contacted me in advance to help arrange the whitelist for car restrictions in the West Lake area, and when we arrived, they even helped carry our luggage to the room, which was a very nice touch. Parking was also convenient right outside the entrance. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling with family.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Hangzhou last minute and found this guesthouse. The scenery looked great, and the price was reasonable. We arrived at the hotel after 10 PM, and the front desk lady was so warm and kind. The view from the window was lovely, even though it was foggy and rainy that day, which made my photos a bit hazy – but it was a different kind of beauty. The environment was very clean.
