The hotel was good in general, though some details of the room and bathroom didn't meet the expectations.

Location is perfect. My son was so happy when he saw a tent and children's bed. Hotel is quite old, and they could pay more attention to cleanliness.

The hotel was well maintained and staff were very helpful. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the media hotel to any potential guest.

Good localisation, good service and clean room

The location is very good, close to west lake, walking distance. The front desk staff are friendly, I would like to thank one lady named Monica, she helped me to call a taxi as I need a ride with her person Weixin pay as I have no local phone number to set up the payment system.

My room has mosquito. The receptionist cannot speak any English word. However if you could speak Chinese, they will talk enthusiastically. The location of the hotel is great! There're many local restaurants near by, very near West lake and Metro station Longxiangqiao.

The hotel is very beautiful. The location is perfect, right next to the city center where night life is vibrant nearby. Lots of people fill the streets. However, it was still quiet when we returned to the room to sleep! Very comfortable stay. For breakfast, the food was good Chinese style buffet but quite simple. I would stay in this hotel again.

Check in process a bit frustrating (as with most hotels in China) Room was great. Fresh fruit provided. A lot of small amenities. Perfect downtown location. I would book again

I would say all good. Central hotel, clean, and suitable room. Was easy to find and to check in and all. No issues

The location is good. Some front desk staff speak English and some don’t. The room was plenty big enough for both of us and we enjoyed having a tub.

This hotel is around 10 minutes walk to the West Lake. The shopping area is minutes away. However it is a bit outdated. The facilities are not well maintained.

We loved it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was pleasant and clean.
