This hotel offered a fantastic experience. The environment was quiet and comfortable. The staff were wonderful – very friendly, polite, and responsive. The hotel has a wide array of entertainment facilities, with plenty of activities for children, who had an absolute blast here. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. It's truly ideal for family trips, especially with kids. Highly recommended for families, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

A surprisingly good hotel! Although it's an older property, I'm not sure if it's been renovated or just incredibly well-maintained, but it certainly doesn't feel like an 18-year-old hotel. **Facilities:** It's missing an indoor swimming pool or a kids' club, which means there isn't much to do during extreme hot or cold weather. However, the beach right outside the hotel is absolutely fantastic – a paradise for kids after sunset. **Hygiene:** Very well done. **Ambiance:** Great for taking photos. **Service:** All the staff are very friendly and kind to children. The cat in the lobby was a huge hit with the kids; they spent most of their daytime there.

I have to say, the conditions at the Capella Hotel are absolutely perfect in every aspect. The service is also incredibly thoughtful and genuine; it's the kind of heartfelt warmth that makes you feel truly cared for. I really love this hotel, and the room is comfortably spacious, especially the bedding.

The service, ambiance, breakfast, and location are all top-notch! It has water, a beach, and all sorts of amenities. This is definitely my go-to hotel when I'm on a business trip to Hangzhou! As a Trip.com Black Diamond member, I highly recommend it! It's the only choice.

The service was great, and they were very responsive. All the staff were incredibly nice. The lake view room had an excellent view. Being pet-friendly was a big plus. I have two concerns. First, the kitten in the lobby was kept in a completely transparent glass room, which is a very insecure environment for a cat. I suggest adding a small hideaway for the cat inside the glass room; that would make animal-loving guests feel much more at ease. Secondly, the carpet in the room was really dirty, which isn't ideal for families with young children.

The room was quite spacious, and the twin beds were 1.5 meters wide, which was a huge plus. The twin room also had a chair and a sofa, making it quite comfortable for relaxing. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with drinks, but be aware that they are all chargeable. As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure for the bathtub was very low, so it took a long time to fill it up. The hotel's environment was fantastic, with a beach right there and some children's play facilities, making it perfect for a family trip. Regarding the service, a staff member called the day before to confirm our check-in time and number of guests, which was a nice touch. They also allowed us to check in early when we arrived in the morning, which was great. However, perhaps because we checked in so early, there was no orientation at all upon arrival, and no one explained how to use the various amenities or benefits. This is something that could be improved. Overall, it was still a good experience.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids visiting Hangzhou. It's very close to the subway station and right across from a beach, plus the hotel even provides sand toys! We booked the Alice-themed VR room, which was very interactive and the kids absolutely loved it. The hotel's bedding, mattress, pillows, and duvet were all super comfortable, and even the sofa bed was great to sleep on. Breakfast was also good. It would be even better if the service was a bit more flexible.

The room was spacious with a great view, and the facilities were excellent. The service was fantastic; they communicated proactively and smoothly, and our requests were always met promptly. There were complimentary cocktails and Kung Fu tea at the bar. The beach was a lot of fun, and the jet skis were really popular. It's also pet-friendly, and the kittens in the lobby were super cuddly!

Had a fantastic time! The beach is huge, plenty of space to relax and play. Taste: They reserved cocktails for us which were quite good – perfect for a relaxing drink. Facilities: The hot water wasn't very hot on the first night, but it was much better the second day. They fixed it really quickly.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! When I was checking in, I noticed a cute little cat nearby – definitely a bonus for cat lovers! The room was genuinely spacious, and I really liked their bathroom amenities, especially the shampoo, which was amazing!

Staying at this hotel was truly hassle-free during my trip. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom was spotless with no strange odors, and hot water was always available. The front desk staff were very polite. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway and shopping malls nearby. The view of Jinsha Lake from the window is a unique feature of this hotel. From calling ahead to note my requests to the warm goodbyes at checkout, the entire experience was delightful.

This hotel in Xiasha has a great environment, right next to the park. It's only a five-minute walk from the subway exit. The lobby lounge area is very comfortable. The bedding in the room is just right – not too soft, not too hard. For those who prefer a firmer pillow, they offer both latex and buckwheat options. The hotel staff are warm and generous with their service. I'll definitely stay here again!

The lake view room offered an unbeatable view, and breakfast was plentiful. Waking up to a jog around Jingsha Lake Park in the morning was truly refreshing. The beach is practically on your doorstep, making it Hangzhou's equivalent of the Maldives.

This hotel is an absolute steal! Getting Hilton Garden Inn quality at this price point in Hangzhou is truly exceptional. Compared to similar hotels around West Lake, which often start at 1000 RMB, you can frequently find rooms here for just 600-700 RMB a night (outside of holidays). Yet, the service and amenities don't compromise at all: breakfast is extensive, rooms are new, the design is beautiful, and the location is convenient. Plus, as a Trip.com member, the benefits are generous – room upgrades and even cocktails. Dining around the hotel is inexpensive; you can grab a quick meal for just 20 RMB, saving enough money to take several taxi rides to West Lake. We stayed for three nights, and the total cost was under 2500 RMB. At check-out, the front desk proactively asked about our stay, and we genuinely had a great experience. Whether you're a young traveler on a budget or a business traveler looking to save, this place is a top-notch, high-value choice. I highly recommend anyone visiting Hangzhou consider this hotel; you definitely won't regret it!
