i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!

We are 4 peoples stayed in this room ...which is really spacious and most of the amenities where also they given ... including washing machine ,kettle etc .and there is a nice view from the room . Main thing is there is a street also in-front of the hotel .and also there is an night market over there ..the hotel staffs where very helping also

Great location. Near city center, shopping center and subway. Very easy to get around within a walking distance.

the apartment check in area is on the 5th floor. the location was not easy to locate as it was in another building. staff was kind and helpful as they help us arranged for an earlier check in as we arrived earlier. location of the apartment was near a lot of eatery. there is also a nice speciality beer stall nearby for beer lovers

Apartment is located about 15 min away from Xihu area. You can take a direct bus to the broken bridge. Staff at the check in area were friendly. Rooms were well furnished. The bed was stained with blood, but covered up by the bed sheet.

The location is good. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is quite well. It's will be better if the AC is working. The room is hot during the day and cold at night because the AC isn't working.

The room was good & location was very great to grab sth to eat or get around shopping malls. Just one thing that 3 of us came in winter & booked a room with 2 beds, (one bed on the small roof) However the bed was too cold to sleep :(

The unit is located about 800m from LongXiangQiao Metro station. We took a walk from the station. It was not too difficult to locate with the help of the local Amap app. The check-in process was simple and relatively fast. The room was decent but was not prepared for the number of people we have indicated (we have indicated 3 people but everything was prepared for 2, including the towels, drink cups, etc). Nevertheless, the front desk was able to rectify upon requesting. It's a typical dated designed hotel room at level 5. There were windows but no view as we were blocked by the trees. The unusual part was the top hung bed (it was either super single or queen sized). The upkeep of the toilet was pretty bad, some tiles were broken, parts of the wash cabinet was put together with sticky tapes. Everything was functional though, including the washing machine. The price range was an attraction. The even greater attraction for this place was that the Wushan night-market which operates nightly is just a stone's throw away. Generally happy with our stay there.

Nice room

Reception was willing to exchange rooms when there is availability as we preferred another family room type. The reception below on the ground floor is helpful in requesting taxis. You can request for more water/towels if you have more than 2 guests per room which is the standard - up to the number of people who have booked for that room - you will have to communicate with the reception via Wechat. What I like most is the location - there is a daily night market with more affordable souvenirs (compared to other tourist spots) which is suitable for elderly people who cannot walk far. Other tourist spots are also easily accesible via taxi/Didi as they are near. The opposing eastern golden plaza hotel reception also has friendly staff who is helpful despite us not being their guests. The hotel and holiday home are in buildings which are joined to each other.

The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staffs here are very helpful and friendly! Really appreciate the services that the staffs at the front desk has offered, especially staff 陆青青 who assisted me with my enquiries patiently, guide me on how to operate the washing machine etc, she also assisted me with other enquiries such as how to operate the food delivery apps in Shanghai etc.

It was a really good hotel and very cheap, the cleanliness is good for china but for example when we ask fro another towel we only had three for a reservation for four, the receptionist gave us a towel with some marks on it very disgusting.

It is good location, good room size and services. However, it is very hot inside the room. The air conditioning can only provide hot air, so if you want colder you can just open the windows which is not enough
