Ulasan Tuankou Zhongan Radon Hotspring Resort

Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

It is difficult to rate the location....far away from the trainstation. If you go to a place like that, you know what you get. Facilities are not new but all ok. In some of the various swimming pools, the water quality seemed to be not very good (not talking about the hot terms). The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I really need to complain about is the food quality (I considered that in the "Cleanliness"). At the first breakfast there was something wrong with the apples, honeymelons and yoghurt (although it was packed and the expiration date was ok). I had chinese soup on the pool on the afternoon that tasted old and not good too. The food on the other days seemed to be ok although I didn`t eat much anymore. Afterall I had physical problems for 5 days.

Love this place. I have stayed here 3 times, and been to their hot springs 4 times total. For Tuankou town, this hotel is the best. The hot tubs are wonderful, so many different ones and different temperatures, it never gets boring. Gorgeous landscaping around the hot tubs. The buffets are great, too! Nice and efficient staff, as well. Can't wait to go back again.

訂的標間到了酒店就直接升級了豪華標間，設施方面也行，特別是吹風機很給力，智能馬桶，床墊偏軟，睡的腰椎不舒服，這個房間空調外機噪音很大，客服很及時的換了房間，還加送了一份水果，服務還是很貼心的。這次是重遊，為了泡温泉，可惜的是淡季，温泉池開的很少，周邊遊玩的地方很少，山裡空氣新鮮，自助餐也很豐富，走的時候，門衞還送了兩瓶礦泉水，總體服務很是挺不錯的哦！

設施：酒店配套設施齊全，泡温泉首推這家酒店，酒店去温泉區域都有內部連廊設計聯通，在室內行走一點也不冷。去前台，去餐廳，去温泉中心都很方便。温泉大大小小據説有27個，還有小童戲水區，太好玩了。 衞生：酒店主體因為開業好幾年了，是復古的東南亞峇里島風格。雖然有一點點復古，但是內部還算保持乾淨，床品也很舒適，衞生情況尚可。 環境：酒店環境是東南亞峇里島風，整個設計是度假村的感覺，依山傍水，很休閑很舒適的感覺。 服務：酒店服務很好，看我帶孩子過來給我從高級雙床房升級成了景觀高級雙床房，房間更大更舒適，讓我們進出大堂和餐廳很方便。而且讓送拖鞋和浴袍動作迅速，賓客至上的感覺。臨走前的儀式感，保安叔叔在大門口還送了兩瓶水，日期很新鮮！ 如果過來臨安湍口泡温泉，首推這家這次温泉酒店哦！

此次温泉度假感覺很好，性價比也非常高 1，酒店和温泉，自助餐等是一體的，方便； 2，住酒店泡温泉無限次，室內室外都有池，室外大多數是小池，剛好適合一家人； 3，特別提一下，酒店到臨安有定期的班車可以坐，對於無自駕的朋友非常合適，坐地鐵到九州地鐵站即可； 4，酒店為顧客配置了客服，章月美女熱情專業！

一踏入酒店，寬敞明亮的大堂和熱情周到的服務就讓人好感倍增，還貼心準備了歡迎飲品。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品舒適，窗外景色更是一絕，清晨拉開窗簾就能擁抱自然 。 温泉是絕對亮點！富含多種礦物質的氡温泉，水質清澈。這裡有各種各樣的湯池，中葯池養生、玫瑰池浪漫、泡泡池童趣滿滿，每個都各有特色，泡完皮膚滑滑的，疲憊感全無。 酒店的餐飲也很棒，自助餐廳菜品豐富，當地特色美食一應俱全，食材新鮮，甜品精緻，吃得超滿足。周邊遊玩項目也多，適合全家出行。下次度假還選這兒！

團購的酒店套餐，含温泉票還有自助晚餐，温泉很棒，有室內外，可以無限次進出，倒是很方便，娃玩得很開心，衹可惜天太冷了，水上樂園不開放。我們入住時間還給房間做了升級，前台章曉羣服務熱情周到，還幫我們延遲了退房，非常感謝。酒店真的很適合親子游，還有小童樂園和其它遊藝項目。

房間設施比較陳舊，牀頭櫃衞生差，書本上有灰，温泉衹有一個室外温泉😁40度，其他都很低，泡一會兒就冷，且落葉較多，晚上泡服務人員一個都沒有，一點不誇張，是不是週日生意太差，這是泡過最差的温泉。這酒店是多老的酒店，燈光昏暗，設施陳舊，關鍵服務也是不温不火

體驗感非常差，亂糟糟，去了山上，換衣服沒有手牌，發個黑色塑料袋對付就扔户外，上去温泉池，整個區域一個穿雨靴的老師傅在上邊，沒有任何引導員。人多不説，衣服脱下來沒地方放，下雨，衹能搭樹上。晚上出去吃飯回來八點，讓門衞叫電瓶車，説沒有忙，走到酒店門口兩個空車在那閑聊天。山上池子進入泡了個腳就跑了，等電瓶車時候更簡單，一個棚子，下雨，擠不進去，在外面淋雨，沒人管。不會再去第二次了。

這次温泉酒店體驗非常好，從前台熱情貼心的接待，到快速辦理入住，更是貼心的送上了薑茶，服務專業又暖心。房間也很不錯，乾淨整潔，一塵不染，客房大姐都很和善，見到都會主動問候，必須五星好評！
