Really cute lil place we enjoyed... hopefully can come again with some bf fiends

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt water on the bathroom floor and when it was wiped up with tissues,the tissues were clean. The blackout curtains combined with the air conditioner gave me a wonderful nights sleep

- 位置：在濱江區中心，交通方便。附近有地鐵站，去西湖、錢塘江坐地鐵很快。對商務出行的人來説，周邊寫字樓多，企業也多，去談合作、開會通勤時間短。 - 大堂：大堂寬敞明亮，裝修簡約大氣。大理石地面乾淨，水晶吊燈好看，氛圍高端。前台工作人員小祝服務熱情，辦入住快，還介紹了酒店設施和服務。 - 客房：空間大、佈局合理。床軟硬剛好，床品乾淨，睡得舒服。隔音也好，關上門沒什麼外界噪音。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴出水順、水温穩，洗漱用品質量不錯。 - 餐飲：餐廳種類多。早餐有中式、西式，包子、油條、麪包、火腿、水果、咖啡都有。 - 休閑設施：健身房器材全，跑步機、啞鈴、橢圓機都有。游泳池水質清澈，游完很解乏。還有SPA中心，我沒體驗，感興趣可以試試。 整體來説，這家酒店各方面都挺出色，商務出行、休閑旅遊都合適。

I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. Upon arrival, my child was cranky and crying and a staff member who was off in the distance came over and gave him a toy to soothe him. During check-in, the front desk asked if we what theme we wanted for our room and we selected bear. She quickly phoned room service to change the bed settings to the panda theme and prepared a toy gift for him. The room was extremely spacious, clean, well appointed, had modern amenities including power window shades and centralized lighting controls, had an excellent view of the city and mountains in the background. Cleaning staff was attentive to our needs and took care of us right away. The included breakfast was surprisingly excellent, with the only complaint being the room temperature being a bit cold and some of the hot food not as hot as I liked but I'm able to overlook those for the price we paid and the fabulous service.

房間乾淨無異味，本來定的大床，後來爸媽説想要雙床房，跟前台溝通很快就調整好了，服務非常滿意。酒店安全性也很高，衹能刷卡上電梯，人員來往排查也比較仔細。房間有窗，雖然挨着馬路但是隔音效果還可以。整體來説比較推薦。

Very new hotel, central location, many restaurants within 200 meters. The bed is very comfortable. Hotel's buffet breakfast is fatastic!! Very tasty and healthy with so many options!! The service is great. No complaints at all! 谢谢熊客服的贴心服务。

首先説價格，在春節能租到如此性價比的酒店實屬不易，家庭房甚至是三早。 其次是地理位置，我是自駕出行門口就能停，位置應該是郊區了，出去沒多遠就有各種快速路到西湖我也開車了毫無負擔，20分鐘可達。 然後是洗澡水很熱很大，早飯雖然選擇不多也能夠吃飽飽了，如果可以把洗浴用品提升一下不要大瓶按壓的就好了。 對了，外賣選擇也很多，自駕放心定，也適合懶人，周邊10分鐘開車有個商業中心也可以出去吃和看看電影

The hotel gives a grand vibe, beautiful, clean, luxury interior. The hotel smells so good, the moment we step into the lobby, it gives such a nice feeling. The room & toilet are spotless clean & very spacious. We really love the smart toilet. Our room view is very beautiful facing the river especially at night with lights on. The buffet breakfast selection is very great & very good quality. The location is good, just next to the Qiantang river. We enjoy our bike riding & scrolling at night with great view. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. A compliment to staffs Matt Ma, Max Ji , Nick, Anderson for their service. Also my wife would like to give a special honorable mention to these staffs for being helpful & their exceptional service: Edward Lu & Molly Gao (receptionist staffs), Doreen Ji (housekeeping staff) Overall is super satisfied! So glad that we chose this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much during our 1st visit in Hangzhou. We really recommend it to our family & friends! This will definitely be our main choice to stay when we visit Hangzhou again.

託尼洛蘭博基尼杭州酒店是一家極具奢華感的酒店。從整體設計到每個細節，都彰顯出非凡的品質與格調。酒店的服務非常周到，員工熱情且專業，讓人感到賓至如歸。 房間寬敞明亮，設施先進，床品舒適，為客人提供了優質的休憩環境。不過，在洗漱用品方面，個人感覺有些不夠完備，如果能在這方面再加以完善，將更加完美。 儘管如此，這仍是一家非常值得推薦的酒店，瑕不掩瑜，其出色的服務和奢華的體驗讓人難以忘懷。

超乾淨，大小合適，服務態度好，智能，前台看到小朋友會送氣球，保潔阿姨看到我們出去玩還問我們水夠不夠喝，要不再拿一瓶（房間裏已經送了四瓶了），我們拿紙袋子在前台辦退房，前台小姐姐看到主動説紙袋子不結實，給我們換個袋子細節非常到位，電視上會智能歡迎你，馬桶超乾淨，地鐵口開到床頭上（超近），還有小冰箱，洗衣服，掛燙機，連刷鞋池都有，酒店早餐也是非常適合小朋友和女士，樓下是麪館，馬路對面是麪包店，對帶小朋友的家庭來説簡直了，性價比遠超親子酒店。我感覺是我住過很多酒店裡麪性價比最高的，以後來杭州就住她家啦。
