住過的民宿酒店非常多，是服務最好的一次，房間最大的一次，一到民宿就被邀請先吃下午茶，都是當地的特色，味道相當不錯，還有室內泳池，小朋友很喜歡，大朋友也很喜歡，哈哈，很少寫好評，這次忍不住想誇下，民宿內活動多，不會覺得無聊，風景也很好，菜燒的也很好吃，房間裏有免費筍乾小零食，我説好吃，臨走時老闆娘很客氣，送了一大袋，還送了南瓜，茄子，小辣椒，期待下次再來

為了走吳越古道定的這家民宿，出發去吳越古道開車10分鐘就夠了設施：還有泳池，棋牌室，卡拉OK 環境：環境很好晚上還能看星星，夏天避暑應該也很不錯衞生：房間整潔乾淨還準備了一次性馬桶墊真的很用心了服務：老闆很熱情，我們晚上八點多到還在門口提前等我們，因為山裡比較冷提前幫我們把房間開了暖氣，周圍沒什麼店我們自帶了一些吃的當宵夜老闆還給我們提供了一些農家小吃，早上的早飯也超級豐盛

幾年前的去大明山滑雪，帶家人和小朋友住過一晚。從大明山下山過來，快天黑了，老闆早早的就暖起壁爐，一進門就很温暖！那次是非週末，就我們一家人包場，老闆娘做的一手好菜，晚餐後老闆陪我們聊天，家人都很喜歡這裏。這次小朋友春假選擇錯峯出行，走徽杭兩日正穿，下山特地選擇山行者再住一晚。很巧的是大部隊還沒到，今晚又是我們一家人。老闆和老闆娘照樣很熱情，下山三點多外面比較熱，老闆已經開好了冷空調，煮好水果茶等我們。一進門就感覺到了涼爽，這種細緻入微的服務，讓人覺得很舒服，兩天徽杭的疲憊瞬間消失，有一種回家的感覺！喝着茶，聊着天，可以暫時拋開一切，慢下來！小朋友下次還要來！期待！

超出預期。衞生十分乾淨，老闆自己打掃的，每個角落都乾乾淨淨。周邊，距離大明山遊客中心步行5分鐘以內，周邊就有可以抓魚抓螃蟹的小溪流，以及一些小餐館。老闆十分熱情，從入住停車，提供各種旅遊指導，給予生活便利，到帶着孩子們朔溪抓魚、晚上抓泥鰍等等，每個細節，都讓人有家的感覺。早飯，粥和雪菜毛豆簡直是絕配。清清爽爽，無可挑剔。值得一提的是，院子裏的花花草草，魚池，涼棚都很有趣味，感覺一年四季去都不會太單調。老闆家的狗也很惹人喜愛，很乖地讓小朋友們逗弄，脾氣很好。總之，是一家值得再去以及推薦給朋友的寶藏民宿。

This is a fantastic spot for a few days away. I do not speak very much Chinese and relied on my local friend to really help out with the finer details. The hotel and staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Check in was quick and all COVID details, passport and visa info was quickly taken note of. We were given the keys to our room on the fifth floor. What a view out across the mountains where we could watch the sunset from a huge bath tub! The room itself was super clean and had everything you would want....Large TV (we brought our own HDMI cable and movies). There was a kettle for tea but no coffee.....I forgot to pack it! Food in the hotel was of a high standard and they even made sure to check if there was anything I would prefer not to eat. Beers were available or wine but nothing else that I could see. The Host gave us excellent advice for our hike in the Tianmushan mountain and forest the next day. We had thought we may be back in time but ended up taking a long route over 11k ... in blistering heat! It was worth it. As the only Westerner in the hotel for two days I felt very welcome and comfortable. I can highly recommend Tianmushan Chengjing Homestay and will hopefully stay there again maybe in winter time.

之前也來過湍口這邊，鎮上有酒店，但是自己不是很喜歡人多的地方，池子都是共洗的人多了池子水總是讓我很擔心，看來看去還是選了有温泉的小民宿，最爽的是本來就已經是優惠價了，因為近期人也不多，老闆直接給升級了個什麼私湯房，直接拿下嘎嘎嘎！真的，一個人獨享太褲辣！下次再帶老婆來嘻嘻嘻。

PPengguna Tetamu酒店是新開業的，在網上看到評價不錯就選擇了，前台工作人員非常熱情，對待小朋友很友好，送了小童玩具，大堂有免費的咖啡👍，還有爆米花，前台會幫忙把行李送到房間。房間很乾凈，馬桶是智能的，電視機能投屏，設施很新，床品舒服，衞生乾淨。早餐在15樓，週末延遲了早餐時間，非常貼心，早餐品種很多，味道不錯，雞湯小餛飩點贊。門口是地鐵站，前台去西湖很方便，旁邊有絲綢城，逛逛很熱鬧，附件吃飯也很方便。退房的時候小賈送了水和小包紙巾。性價比高的一家酒店，非常推薦入住！

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程（Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.

LLee Huan Chiao-Cleanliness was perfect! My room and other rooms I saw were perfectly clean. The corridors, common area, showers, toilets and powder room were perfectly clean. -Front desk was welcoming and served lemon water upon check in. -Facilities were nice. There are powder rooms at every corner so guests don’t have to walk all the way to the three toilets and three showers which felt like a maze. Laundry, dryer and garment steamer are available but they might need a china number to access unless you can pay the staff to pay it for you and there’s a laundry drying area at the verandah. There is a fridge and two microwave at the common area. I love their lemon water dispenser at the lobby. -Amenities wise, towels, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush have to be purchased from the vending machines in their showers, but shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are free. Several cold and hot water dispensers are around and paper cups can be found in the shower, kitchen and powder rooms. -Location wise, there’s many food eateries throughout the whole building (one very affordable eatery opens 24/7) and many more at the streets around the building. There are two MRTs was about 10mins walk away. -Only drawback was that the air conditioner in my room was not cold at all, even after the staff adjusted the temperature from their system. I asked two other guests and they said the same. Opening the door like some other guests made my room less stuffy but my corridor was at the end corner so it was not as cold as the central corridors. The common room was also not cold at all but not hot either. Overall, it was okay and bearable, not stuffy, just not cold. Showering cold helps a lot too. I still slept comfortably at night without blankets and the room was slightly cold during mornings. Price wise, can’t complain since my priority is cleanliness, privacy and price only. But one person said their room was too cold, and another one said their room became cold after the staff adjusted the temperature, so maybe it depends what room you get/negotiate. -Photos of the window room have mirrors but mine didn’t have it, sadly. -Price wise, totally worth it. Can’t meet service this perfect at such low price elsewhere. Would definitely come back!

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏 缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
