Great customer service attitude from the front desk and house keeping staff. Special mention to Miss 袁巧花 of the house keeping team for being proactive in assisting our needs. That is why I took a picture of her name tag so I can mention her here in this review Location: Great 👍! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap. Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

Couldn't have wished for a better stay! ❤️ Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet in a revolving restaurant on the 20th floor. Last but not least, the Friendship Hotel is located in the direct vicinity of both the West Lake and the metro line to both railway stations. Tip: book a room with lake view! Room was spacious for our family for 4 and bed was very comfortable. There is even a partial view of West Lake from our room. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast buffet choices are good and food is delicious. As the hotel is located within shopping district/pedestrian streetwalk, you will need to walk about 5 min to the pick-up area to board a taxi.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. The mattress is firm, water pressure is strong, bath tub is deep enough and fill up fast. Receptionist are always friendly when we approach them. Being without a local phone number, we were not able to connect to the room wifi, the hotel staff was quick to respond and assist. Walkable to prime shopping district and West Lake with abundance eateries and cafe within 5mins walk.

小张 service was excellent. If there is a 5.1 Stars rating, I will give it. I am totally impressed from the room to the toilet to the morning breakfast restaurant. Initially I was skeptical about this hotel as it looks too good to be true. Cleanliness. Spotless. The feel and the area to me is very clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Location. Near to metro, Feng qi station. About 30m away. Didn't take it but if u are looking for a hotel near a metro, no hesitation Service. From front desk to the hotel staffs, they are all very professional. Amenities. For anyone looking for a hotel with washing machines, there are 4 wash machines and 4 dryers at level 5. At level 8, there are 1 dryer and 2 washing machines. Good if u need a chance to wash your clothes before continuing with the next leg.

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects. First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden. The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge. Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise. Centralized location with night market selling local delicacy and handicraft :]

XXiaoyunSally超出預期的一次入住，富春山居猶如畫卷一樣展開，在冬日有着別樣的寧靜，很避世的一家酒店，抄經祈福旅拍泡湯，很放鬆，酒店一步一景，人不多，體驗感很棒。特別表揚下酒店的服務，管家Benson從入住前到離開酒店一直服務周到，其他服務人員也都很有禮貌且響應及時。旅拍的出片率也很高。酒店的活動項目也很多，如果收費項目再少一些、免費的再豐富些就更好了。下次有機會再來。

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程（Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and speak excellent English, which made my stay even more comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm water and quickly checked in. The staff guided me to my room efficiently. Initially, I was hesitant about booking a place with shared toilet and shower rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless these areas were. There’s a cleaning lady on duty at all times, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard. The rooms are perfect for solo travelers like myself. The bedding is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] for solo travelers. It’s a great value with an excellent location, wonderful staff, and clean facilities. I look forward to my next stay!

CChris_uThe services apartments aren’t bad. They have everything you need and the rooms are very clean. However, there seem to be a bunch of businesses that operate out of the hotel rooms, or at least it appears that way. As a result you spend ages waiting for the elevator. Also, for a non-smoking hotel, they should really enforce their non-smoking policies. People from one of the businesses on our floor smoked constantly, and the smell often drifted into our room. It’s pretty disgusting for people who don’t smoke.
