The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Selepas ulang tahun, saya menempah bilik double, dan wanita muda di meja depan membantu kami menaik taraf bilik secara percuma~ Bilik itu juga dihias dan kek diberikan. Seluruh perkhidmatan adalah sangat bertimbang rasa. Ulang tahun yang romantis dan memuaskan~ Lebih baik jika hidangan restoran barat lebih kaya!

Came back to stay for another 3 nights from 21 to 24/4. As previously, room and surroundings were very clean and facilities adequate. We were given a room quite far from the reception. One side of the wall had a beautiful full wall picture. Toilet and bathroom separate, so no wet floors. Bathroom slippery, would be good to provide bath slippers rather than a rubber mat. As previously, no hooks in bathroom for towels/clothes, so need to change outside the bathroom. Also no floor mat/towel to dry our feet after bathing, so the floor outside the bathroom can get slightly wet. Breakfast is Chinese style buffet, virtually similar menu every day, but enough to fill you before you venture out. Main reason many people choose this hostel is the location inside the high speed rail station and metro, so very convenient to get around Hangzhou. This time, we used the free washing machine and dryer to was our clothes.

The location and service are excellent, and the place is well-maintained with a pleasant breakfast spread. However, the air conditioning is fixed at 28 to 29 degrees Celsius, emitting warm air, and it cannot be adjusted. Despite partially opening the window, it doesn't effectively address the need for colder air, which may be bothersome for those who prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Despite this air conditioning issue, it's still a worthwhile place to consider overall.

The hotel is very beautiful. The location is perfect, right next to the city center where night life is vibrant nearby. Lots of people fill the streets. However, it was still quiet when we returned to the room to sleep! Very comfortable stay. For breakfast, the food was good Chinese style buffet but quite simple. I would stay in this hotel again.

吐槽的地方太多我一個個説。1停車問題，酒店門口可以停車但是位置不多攜程定位不是很準走正常道路衹能走到桔子酒店，要走裏面小道，門口停滿就要開前面去走一腳路來酒店，雖然不遠，但是我們是外地遊客我哪裡知道你説的地名和什麼什麼，直接説直走右轉左手邊就行。2前台問題，因為找停車場，前台回答的很不耐煩説了幾個位置匆匆掛電話，後來再打電話確認直接不接電話了，我以為是前台很忙但是再打直接掛肯定是不對的。導致我繞了三圈碰到個保安説跟着前車走才找到。3房間問題，25—27平？酒店房間也有公攤嗎？縮水成這樣，我個人偏胖屬於180斤高個子男性，洗澡的位置和廁所在一起轉不開身，真的很擁擠。4 床的問題，掛的是1.8m的床，真真的開玩笑，應該是1.5米的床？登機箱大概50cm，倒在地上大概三倍寬。5.酒店價格變化十分的快，顯示的一個房型，下午兩點 四點 六點 晚上十點 看的價格 從三百多到五百八不等。一直在變，我不知道是酒店方原因還是平台原因。説優點吧，其實真的體驗感太糟糕了，以致於沒細細感受我本來覺得應該是非常不錯如酒店名一般書香氣息的好體驗。
