Hotel berhampiran Dai Nam University, Hanoi

This is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff. From the general manager to the spa everything was great! I would personally like to thank the night staff of Dat, khanh, & duong for making our late night arrival very welcoming! The day staff of tan, Lan, ngoc, and Mai made our check in easy and quickly got us to our room. The entire hotel staff made us feel like family and I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to spend your Hanoi vacation. The facilities were outstanding as well. The cleaning staff worked hard to make everything look great and the cooks made delicious food for us to eat. The rooms were spacious and very clean as well as the common areas looked great! The gym is top rate and the spa stuff was very professional and warm. Everyone at the hotel was kind and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The entire experience was outstanding and you cannot beat the quality of derive and facilities for a very reasonable price! Thanks again to a job well done by the entire Wyndham staff. 참 좋았습니다만, 늦은 시각 시내에서 일을 보고 그랩을 이용해 호텔로 가는데, 베트남 국가회의 센터 1번 **트로만 출입이 가능해서 여러모로 불편하더군요

Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方

Owner is well response using wechat. Premise is well clean and with good mattress. High Floor on the 26th for family of 3 bedroom 2 toilets Below is small shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. Only small issue on the boiling kettle is that its not boiling although the light is on

Pleasant stay in D'Capitale apartment, although the apartment unit is not fully soundproof and I can hear a lot of honking sound even at night with the door fully closed. The plus side is that it is just beside the Vincom Center Tran Duy Hung mall. Do note that there is no gym and swimming pool access (during summer period only).

The place if perfect for us. Good location and acessible anywhere especially on Vincom mall. The apartment are so clean and it smells good. All the linens are freshly scented. We truly enjpyed our stayed in this apartment and will surely book again once we visit Hanoi city again

The location is really great. Near vincom mall, the breakfast is great too. All thr staff are very helpful

Good location, friendly staff, good service and situated in business area. Many restaurant in here and I got to try 3 Spoons restaurant which is serve buffet (freshly seafoods and delicious western options. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in Intercontinental.  

Very good hotel, in a busy part of Hanoi. Down an alley, but that makes it a quiet place to stay. The accommodation was very good. Bed was comfortable, hot water was good and the water pressure was good. Had 1 issue with the air-conditioning unit that leaked 1 day after being turned off then on. Major concern was the air-conditioning unit was above the RV & WiFi systems. No damage, and they got someone to look at it very fast. The room wasn't made up on our 2nd day. Front reception staff where very helpful. Close to a market, and lots of street food areas to eat.
