Please pay attention to the room type when making a reservation. After my booking, not sure whether the homestay owner or Trip.com altered the room details, resulting in a mismatch between the room I reserved and the one provided. Luckily the room is still available, and we were able to move back to the room type we reserved for during our second and third night stay. The homestay is conveniently located in the heart of Hanoi, and the room looks exactly like the pictures, though it’s slightly smaller than expected. I love their rooms decoration! There's also a beautiful cafe downstairs. I would rate the cleanliness 3-4/5; the floor was a bit sticky, and the room slightly dusty. Additionally, note that there is no elevator in the building, so consider this if you have bulky luggage.
