Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

this hotel is wholly good. I recommend everyone to stay this hotel. If I visit vietnam next time, I plan to stay this hotel. The only weakness of this hotel is about breakfast. Tastes are good for all food, but not enough kind of food.

Found this new hotel online, a great new hotel in town. New facilities, rooms are likely resident’s style, big spaces for family and group of friends. I was on business trip and dont have much time for family affairs when the kids are enjoying the swimming pool Foods are reasonable , the sky bar is fine but drinks are not really special. Hotel staff are ok, especially the receptionist at night , he is very concentrated and also helping much for us during late arrival,l (i think he is the manager) Generally, its good to stay here and hopefully to come back for longer-stay

Croyez-moi, cet hôtel vaut le détour ! Même s'il est un peu en retrait du vieux Hanoi, je le recommanderais mille fois. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel. Toujours aux petits soins, avec le sourire et une bienveillance sans pareil.L'accueil ? Extraordinaire n'est pas assez fort pour le décrire. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Et oui, l'hôtel est un peu éloigné des sites touristiques, mais pas de panique ! Ils ont mis à disposition une navette super confortable qui nous a permis de visiter la ville sans souci. C'est un véritable atout. En résumé, cet hôtel est un havre de paix dans la tumultueuse Hanoi. Entre le service impeccable, l'accueil chaleureux et les commodités pratiques comme la navette, c'est un choix sûr pour un séjour inoubliable.

This is a hidden gem in the midst of the old quarter. A part of Hanoi where a myriad of shops selling a huge range of goods exists next to Hanoi's seemingly endless coffee shops. In very European architecture These small shops are bustling throughout the day. The hotel is nestled comfortably up a side street accessible via both stress, though only one is used by taxis. The staff are extremely friendly and make it their business to ensure the traveller is well looked after. Rooms are clean and come with a stocked fridge with Beer and soft drinks. The air conditioning is superb and in near 40C heat it is so welcoming. The balcony is large. Almost a second room in itself. Sit on the balcony in the evening during a thunder storm and watch the light show in the night sky...tremendous. With the balcony walls being solid, privacy is guaranteed as is safety...not going to fall off this. Breakfast is a pleasant mix of western and Asian. Cold cuts or cooked food. Eggs done by the chef to order. The hotel has a small travel desk so do ask about places to visit. Staff are very knowledgeable. Top tip: get the GRAB or BE app to book your taxis and avoid cab hailing....the risk of being scammed is very high. One final thought...not far is Railway Street. I won't spoli it....go and find out what happens. Get a daily timetable of trains. It is an experience. Highly recommended.
