The hotel is located at the heart of old quarter which is very convenient to go to places. The service staff was excellent, always greeted us with smile and ask if we required any assistance. Highly recommended

The room is huge and clean. However, our junior suite was on the 3rd floor and when it rained, the raindrops was hitting on the zinc roof next to our hotel and we were awakened by the sound whole night. No problem if it is not raining. MET restaurant and Banh Mi Hoi An are near the hotel so it is a plus point.

stayed 1 night here with a group of friends. breakfast had a nice spread of local and international cuisines. location was slightly further from the central tourist spots so we had to do a lot of walking in the heat. however, the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful with our trip. they reached out to us way before our check-in date to assist us in our trip planning. during our stay, they took care of us and ensured we were travelling safely. they even provided a local guide on how to travel on the streets of vietnam! 😊 if you don’t mind the location, i would definitely recommend this hotel! 🎉

The hotel was well located within old quarters and can get to good food and attractions easily. Staff was extremely friendly in providing recommendations and since we were departing early before breakfast time. Staff offered to prepack sandwich and coffee for us as breakfast to go.

General good value hotel. Location is good with lots of cafes, shop and restaurants. The hotel is on the “silver accessory” street where you can get replicas of Pandora bracelet at a low low price. The shower cubicle didn’t have a shower screen which made the bathroom pretty wet…

Location is good. Despite being in a centralized location, the room is quiet and clean. Breakfast provided but the selection is limited. Hope breakfast variety can be improved

Got moved to a different hotel as they had no space. The other hotel was a similar standard but I didn’t like that I was moved without prior notice

The staff are polite, friendly all the time. They even called you if they did not see you showing up before the breakfast closes 😂(it’s cute)

There was a little hiccup when we checkin due to different room type assigned to us.
We arrived midday and the front desk gentleman advised he can help us check in early than usual time 2pm.
As we required 3 single beds, thus we had booked a family suite which the rate is higher than Executive Tripe room which only has 2 beds.
We were surprised hotel staff assigned us a Executive room by adding a rollaway bed.
Their reason was they wanted to let us have a early check-in so have given us different room type which was not mentioned to us.
Nevertheless they assured us we will be getting Family Suite after 2pm.
Breakfast choice is basic. Do go early as when we went on 2nd day around 7.30am, not much food left and it is not replenish.
Nearby hotel there is a Good Bahn Mi shop BAMI BREAD. we felt it taste better than those famous bahn mi shop.
You can see this shop has many local customers + grab food diver than the famous shop which are mostly Tourists customers.
