Ulasan Lake View Apartment & Hotel

Decent hotel, a little far from the main city area but still nice!

整體體驗太不好了：首先所提供的房間和我在trip上訂的房間不一致，豪華湖景大床房給了我雙床，而且沒有陽台。其次衛生狀況堪憂，廁所沒有更換浴巾毛巾，還留著前客人使用過的毛巾，床給人的感覺也是沒有更換床上用品。再來，當我們向服務員反映以上問題後，提出了更換房間的要求，但服務員以這就是提供給Ctrip顧客的理由回絕，並說這也有湖景而且網站上的圖片是統一的僅供參考罷了。我們對這樣的態度非常不滿意，但礙於時間過晚沒有堅持，下次不會再選擇這家酒店了。各位訂房前請好好斟酌🥲

Phòng view ổn nhưng nói thực thì phần cskh chán không tả được. Mình đã đặt phòng trên Trip đến nơi thì lễ tân báo phòng mình cho người khác ở mất rồi, bảo mình up lên phòng khác view hồ, trong khi phòng mình đặt trên app cũng ghi rõ view hồ rồi. Nhưng vì lúc đó gấp nên cũng đành trả thêm tiền để ở thôi. Phòng tắm thì không kiểm tra kĩ để thiếu mất dầu gội

房間挺小，有幾個服務人員會説中文和廣東話，訂房間的時候要訂好一點的，不然看不到湖景。

房間整潔，環境特別好 ，服務員態度好

I stayed at this hotel 3 different times in 2024. I still chose this hotel to stay for my business trips are because of the following reasons: 1/ It is close to Westlake where I can run every morning along the lake. 2/ Nice and clean room. I slept well every night I stayed there.

Beautiful hotel in Hanoi.You can’t go past this gorgeous hotel for superb service and quality fitout.The manager Mr Mark was exceptional and all the staff made our staff very special. Our room view full big lake.We would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi.

This hotel is one of my favourite stays! The service was amazing, every single staff was so professional & friendly. Always made sure your stay was going well & just made you feel so special (which is what you want when you're on holidays). The room was spacious, uniquely beautiful & had everything you needed. The location is perfect. It's great because it's still quiet in the rooms however once you step outside you're within walking distance to so much. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. If you're wondering whether or not you should book it... BOOK IT A big thank you to all at the Lake view hotel who made my stay perfect!

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. Beautiful lay out, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioned. Very comfortable bed and pillows. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest booking a room on a highest floor. Staff are all very attentive to your needs. They go above and beyond to cater for you. Look no further if you need an accommodation in Hanoi. You will have the best time!
