Super Hotel Candle

The location near many local stall. Walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes to the city hall where their leader resting. Is cooling (aircon cool). Easy to access convenient store for beer, snack and others. Hotel has indoor pool with warn water. Also steam bath and hot pool etc. Is really relaxing.

The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was buffet style, and lots of food was served. If you are food lover then i just suggest only this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were kind, too

The hotel was superb, impressively clean with extraordinary 24-hour room service. The staff were obliging and hospitable, while the breakfast was amazing. I am certainly planning on returning in the future! The spa was also great.

A lovely Hotel situated away from the hustle of the old quarter yet close enough for a great night out. A small necessities Shop inthe reception means no running out of life's essentials. Check in was smooth. Breakfast and evening meals on the mezzanine floor. I had Both. The Breakfast is typical of decent Asian hotels: mix of Asian and western food. From Japanese meat cakes to saute pork Hot dishes, the compulsory and very tasty Chinese buns and noodles. Then there was bacon, sausages (mini party hot dog type but tasty) and eggs cooked to order. Fruit and pastries, bread for toast As well as baguettes. For evening meal The menu is aimed at a higher end diner so the quality is a given. I asked for a bread bun with my meal..not standard but i got a lovely warm, Soft feel mini French roll (3 actually). The staff we're attentive and could not do enough for you...all going to make the stay a very pleasant experience. Reception has a pleasant little bar/coffee place. Room was comfortable, complimentary tea Coffee and a mini fridge. Set back from the notoriously bustling Hanoi streets where the drivers' propensity for thinking sounding horns is a panacea for traffic situations, the room was peaceful. Plenty of sockets for devices Chinese appliances fit perfectly. I don't have any EU or UK plugs..been away too long ut i think they would fit judging by the socket. Room safe so easy to use and spacious enough for tablet, kindle, DSLR camera and lenses plus travel documents. Lots of little shops nearby selling, well...lots! From a kebab to sticky buns (yum) to car parts. To do: bring swimming kit. Hotel has a pool. Nearby: Visit Lotte Mall...for the Brits....it has a Marks and Spencer. It also has Top of Hanoi on floor 65/67 open air bar. Pricey but views are tremendous. Staff in the hotel are lovely. All in all...a superb hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and very accommodating. They helped us on where we can rent a motorbike, and when we got lost. They made sure we find the way. Especially Anh, she always make sure we have everything we need and makes sure we are comfortable. The hotel room is clean as well as the other facilities. Would definitely come back here when we visited Hanoi again.

Super Hotel! Super nice! They upgraded my room and the room was super nice. I also liked the staff members because they are super nice.

Good location and convenient. Mini mart below for easy access. Breakfast is also available.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a couple of small problems when we checked in and they sorted them out immediately. The breakfast was varied each day. There were Vietnamese, Japanese and western options. The location was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a short Grab ride to many of the sites. If we return to Hanoi, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Every was perfect during our Stay. It was very clean and and well arranged everything. Staffs are very professional and and very helpful. Little far from the center it was 15m drive from Old quarter but have so many restaurants and shops nearby area. It was nice and peaceful stay.
