Ulasan InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, an IHG Hotel

Spacious room, Good service. I had a room facing east, where the hot shower didn't work. So I reported on the issue for them to get it fixed on day 2 morning. Later that night, upon returning, I received a note and phone messages of apologies, informing their engineering could not fix the hot shower problem. Therefore, they offered a change of room to the north facing. Similar in size and better equipped with a bidet and warm toilet seat. Thank you so much

The hotel is very old. The hotel room has a very strong smell of insecticide. Make me cannot sleep at all. The humidity of the hotel room is so high. I will never stay in this hotel anymore.

It’s a beautiful setting over waters. Service was excellent and the restaurants have the best food and price in town. Will highly recommend and definitely stay again if in town.

Because it's brand name, spacial size and facility in the hotel is good. The cleaness is asome however, the location is soooooo BAD and nothing is close to it. There are nothing so much to do and the working people here are so businesslike(inkind way). Rather go to nice hotels in or close to old quater.

Breakfast is really bad. - you would expect vietnamese coffee to be an option in VIETNAM… Not a lot of variety and tastes mediocre, other than the beautiful view theres nothing to shout about - though staffs are friendly (which should be expected anyway)

Everything was perfect. I can't forget who help me to held taxi to airport when I checked-out. I don't know his name but if I hadn't helped by him, I would have missed the taxi. Thanks for him.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.

Hotel is built on top of the lake, a bit humid in the room. Great view.

Very nice resort, even its a bit dated. Impressive buffet breakfast with variety! Overall, a pleasant stay!

InterContinental is my preferred property when traveling around Asia. I have booked rooms at this property 4 times over the past 7 years. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade. The bathroom was worn-out . I

It really has everything. Unfortunately, we didn't get an opportunity to use the pool due to the weather but everything else was amazing. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff were friendly and hospitable. Would highly recommend
