Ulasan Crowne Plaza Silicon Valley North - Union City, an IHG Hotel

I stayed here for three days. The service was great. Room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent mid stay cleaning. The actual room was older, and that included the mattress. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I woke up sore a few times. Overall great hotel, just really in need of updates.

So far so good Will visit again

It’s very easy to get to just right off the freeway and easy access to stores.

I asked for extra towels before I arrived and I didn’t have them in the room when we arrived. We had to keep asking to have the coffee heated in the microwave because it wasn’t hot when it was bought to the table for the hideous breakfast that was served. When returning to the room that first evening we didn’t have a new roll of tissue paper. We ran out on day three and had to use the Kleenex after that. It smells like old carpet in the buildings hallways and rooms. I would never stay here again not even for free!!!

房間很寬敞，而且環境也很不錯，安靜，還有Buffet早餐也還可以！

賓館很大，房間也大，打掃衞生也很及時，是個不錯的選擇，就是早晨簡單了一點，5天時間吃一樣的早餐有點胃不舒服了

酒店太老了，其他都不錯

위치가 애매하긴 한데 조용하고 주변에 편의점이 있습니다
