Hotel location is excellent. Short walking distance to Beer Street and shopping streets. Staff showed great hospitality. Breakfast was great. We were assigned a room that was way smaller than expected. Toilet floor was slippery when wet. The shower curtain did not help with preventing water from splashing out to the entire tiny bathroom.

The hotel is situated in an area close to the walking street, which is convenient for getting around. However, it can be quite noisy, especially if you're in your room before 10 pm on the weekend. You can hear music from the street, despite the hotel providing earplugs to help you sleep. Nevertheless, I still have a positive overall impression of the hotel.

Smell like insect killing, Toxic fume filled the room, so toxic it gives me a sore throat. in room Phone does not work, promise to prepare take away breakfast did not actuslized. But they did upgraded us to a suite that has no smel and a good sleep. Should consider stay in name brand hotels for onky a fraction more...ie. 10-15%... near Tay Ho district instead of Old Town area.

May de Ville is located on a busy street near to Hoan Kiem lake. There is some sound pollution due to its location along the busy street but we quickly also noticed that most hotels surrounding Hoan Kiem lake has similar problems because they are all built in busy streets. The hotel was very considerate to give earplugs in case we were light sleeper. We booked a deluxe lake view room which had a partially blocked view of the lake. The restaurant though had unblocked view of the lake and gives a nice ambience for meals. Complimentary breakfast had a huge spread and was delicious. The pool is there, but it was a pretty small one and the facilities looked worse for wear. Although there was nothing seriously wrong with the hotel but at $168 per night we felt that there could be other hotels that could deliver better amenities at that same price point.

Very good. I recommend the location, right in the center of the old quarter. The facilities are good, the bed is high quality.

very clean hotel with good customer service. Make up room everyday and refill amenities everyday. Hotel is in old quarter and very convenient for pick up if joining day tours. Breakfast is super sumptuous with wide variety of food . Room is quiet despite on the roadside of the busy street. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy to buy local specialties. Walking distance to dong xuan market and lake.

Our stay at May de Ville Hotel met our expectations. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options. Situated in a fantastic area near Beer Street, the hotel provided quick and efficient room service. Additionally, booking a one-day tour to Halong Bay directly through the hotel was convenient, especially with the pick-up service included. We look forward to returning here in the future.p pop

Best location in the old town and can see the lake!

I stayed for one night and the end of a back packing trip it was a lovely hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my swim. The gym has limited equipment but did have floor space to do my yoga workout

I came with my family. Mom is on wheelchair and requires extra help and attention. We stayed 8 nights at May de Ville Luxury Spa and Hotel and we are very satisfied with their services. We selected 2 rooms with internal windows so the rooms are a bit dark. Will definitely select rooms with views next time. Hotel location is excellent, close to everything. We booked 2 tours via the hotel, to Halong Bay and Tam Coc and enjoyed immensely. Jenny at the Service Desk and Christine at the Reception are very pleasant and extremely helpful so thanks very much. Biggest compliment goes to the restaurant on the 12th floor. The staff are very attentive and helpful, especially Manager Nguyen Van Thai and Waiter Le Due Thuan. The two provide excellent service. The Chef is also very good and breakfast food varieties is big, food also very delicious. Definitely 5 star service. Finally, many thanks to all Doormen helping my Mom with the steps in and out of the hotel. Overall it is a great hotel. I will recommend.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter with lots to explore. Night market and lake is within walking distance. There are many food options available. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at May de Ville Luxury hotel. This is our second stay here and we would book again! Hazel was particularly helpful with our checkout process, making sure we were organised for our day after checkout, helping with storing our bags and organising a car to the airport which was very reasonably priced. All staff were very kind and accommodating for our whole stay.

Very nice and beautiful hotel right in the middle of Hanoi. Fantastic breakfast , kind and helpful personel. We are very satisfied and will come back again soon.
