The staff is very friendly and helpful.  Speak great English. Offered to arrange additional services in airport transport and clean laundry.   The room is bright airy and comfortable, and the included breakfast of reasonable quality.

Location is perfect in the Old Quarters. Access to attractions, shopping and food are all within walking distance.

Location: Perfect for those who want to explore old quarter without the need to take a gojek/grab ride. Service: All are helpful and accomodating in which they allow me to check-in a little bit earlier. They also offer FX exchange but the rates are not that great. Room: Standard but can be improved

Is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service by the staff. Big thanks to Bun who checked us in around 1130pm and helped us to bring luggage to room. Breakfast was simple and tasty. One thing was weird is they locked the main door once 12pm and no one at reception afterwards. We thought want to go out explore but sadly the door is locked 🤣 maybe for safety reason.

the hotel is very good located in the old town, very easy to get around. staf are nice and helpful and it is a clean place. However be careful by booking a room!!! because on trip.com when you book a room, there will be no information on the windows. It would be fair if this hotel like other hotels indicate if the rooms have windows or not. I hope trip. Com will follow up on this to avoid any misinformation.

二人部屋に１人で泊まったので、楽々でした。 立地もとてもよく、ホアンキム湖までも3分程度 ただし、初めての時は、さまよい続けて とんでもない方へ。。。何しろ建物が似通っていて どれも、同じに見える。 また、入り口の幅がないので、見逃す。 ２日目には、ナビなしでも歩けたし、トレインストリート まで１．５ｋｍくらいを歩いて行ってこれました。 　トイレの使用後のペーパーは、流せないのは 日本人にはつらいかも。ウオッシュレット代わりの ハンドノズルがついているので、なんとかなりますね。 朝食は、ビジネスホテルの感じ、別に文句はありません。 ９／２７－９／３０まで居ましたけど、北海道人には 暑さは厳しいです。出かけて戻るとシャワーでした。 　スタッフも親切です。掃除の方もやさしい。 唯一の不満は、テーブルと椅子が無いので ＰＣでの調べ物にはつらいかも。Ｗｉｆｉは文句なし。
