The staff are excellent in their costumer service. They always check us on esp. To Jessica and the 3 others ( forget their names) help us book our halong bay and Ninh bình tour hassle free. Perfect location near to the Lake and St Joseph Cathedral and other tourist spots, a lot of coffee shops nearby and local street foods overall it was a pleasant stay. For sure I will be back again.

It's close to the Old Quarter, so it's very close to massages and restaurants. But I was upset because they didn't give me the twin room I initially reserved, but the staff said they were sorry, so it was resolved... I thought they were going to change the room, so I went out and came back in, but I was shocked to see that they didn't change the room and changed the bed to a twin. It was clogged....hahaha. I was thinking about changing the bed. Hahaha. They asked me if I was going to come back, and they answered me. It was for Inju Store's Korean reputation. I need to clear my reserved brain.

Close to tourist attractions, the hotel is very small. There is no security at the front desk, and the restaurant is right at the front desk.

Great boutique hotel with a nice personal touch just outside the busiest part of Hanoi. Nice, spacious and luxurious room with an excellent bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great rooftop breakfast area. Definitely recommended!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to misleading photos and descriptions on Tripadvisor and Booking. I arrived on 20th February for a 3-night stay, only to discover that my double room on the second floor had no windows - no fresh air, no daylight - an absolute nightmare! This crucial detail was conveniently omitted from the room description. When I raised my concerns, the staff offered to cancel my reservation for the remaining 2 nights and refund me, which I gladly accepted. I quickly found a much better place just across the street. I suspect they wanted to cancel my Booking reservation to protect their artificially high rating. As for breakfast, it was just as disappointing. I was given a choice between eggs or pancakes - both were not allowed. I chose pancakes, and to my shock, they served a single pancake. I’ve never seen anything like it! Please don’t be fooled by their Google, Booking or Tripadvisor rating. This place is smelly, miserable, and could easily ruin your trip. Avoid at all costs!

Had the strangest awkward experience - On the day of check out, the reception staff offered to pack breakfast, as we were leaving early to the airport. In the morning, when we saw the packed breakfast, there was very little in it. The breakfast area is right next to the reception. So, we went there and picked up some fruits. the chef inside bad mouthed in vietnamese and the junior immature reception person came and stopped me from taking fruits for breakfast, saying they had packed something for us to go and that's it. I had payed for the damn place and the breakfast !!! And was literally stopped from availing the service for which I had paid for. Quite a Shameful way to treat paying customers that chose to stay at the hotel. This is a below average break fast, in which fresh fruits were the only savior to begin with. This is a boutique hotel with 10 rooms and looks like they are trying to save money through different means, including employing uncouth staff, that probably come cheap. Another day, had another strange experience at breakfast. Breakfast closing time is 9:30 but they stopped refilling things around 9 am itself and were told that closing time is nearing !!

This hotel deserves all the best comments there is.. from the location, the room, the breakfast, and most specially the staff. Special mention to Mina and Minh (James) who were really on their toes in accomodating all the guests. Having been in Hanoi a number of times and staying at different hotels in the old quarter and Hoan Kiem area, I would say this is the best hotel so far.❤️

We spent four nights at the Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel and found it to be the absolute best during our entire stay in Vietnam. The location is superb, close to numerous attractions and many restaurants. The room was impeccably clean and wonderfully cozy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with a big big shout-out to Jessica, who expertly organized our travel arrangements and catered to our every need. It's unbelievable; she even provided the ticket without requesting payment upfront, considering I was heading straight from the airport to Sapa. Her kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. Their service was unparalleled in our two-week stay in Vietnam. They also provided the simple but delicious breakfast. If I could, I'd give their service more than 5 stars. A heartfelt thanks to Jessica and her team for making our two weeks in Vietnam truly memorable. If I ever return to Hanoi, I would definitely choose this hotel without any regrets.

Hotel was in Great location..Staff very friendly and helpful..Very near Lake..Room was very good..Very clean and tidy.. Airconditioning worked well..Bed very comfortable.Very close to many restaurants.. Also very near to 86 bus stop to airport.. All staff kind and helpful

We have stayed here for 4 nights and it really has been a pleasent experience. No complaints at all. Breakfast had a great variety/selection. The best thing about our stay however is the staff. All the staff we have encountered have been wonderful, including the two young gentlemen, cook and the housekeeper. Jessica and Flora in particular have given stellar customer service and have been very helpful and considerate and they have have always endeavoured to find a solution/help us wherever they can. Jessica has helped us to plan our next destination Halong Bay (plus more) and gave us information about the city and Flora looking after us at breakfast and giving us food recommendations. The hotel has even allowed us to leave our luggage while we go to Halong Bay. Everything about our stay really has been top notch and I really want to shout about the excellent customer focus here because to me this lacks in so many places and it makes all the difference. I Without a doubt I would return.

Spent a night here en route to Sapa. Booking directly with Jessica , the manager was seamless and cheaper than through some hotel booking platform. Jessica will assist you with all information you need through whatsapp and welcome us personally. Check in was easy and even served us welcome drinks and fruits. As most of Vietnam hotels , noise and poor insulation are common and Jessica allocated a room at the back with window. we have a very good rest here. The room can be a bit dated but its clean with all the amenities and a very comfortable king size bed. The location is also ideal as it is slightly off the tourist area but only few minutes walk to Ho Kiem Lake, which means it is much more quiet here. We need to leave early and they served us breakfast just before breakfast time-630am. Delicious omelette and some buffet items which is a plus as eating out here are longer cheap. Will definitely stay here again if in Hanoi.

Excellent location near the old quarter and the lake. The staff are very friendly and are always on hand to assist you, especially Flora who is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is really good and tasty, and fresh each day. The room itself is nice and spacious, and the bathroom has hot showers. The only downside was the room was a little damp and there was some mould, but this seems to be a trend in many places in Hanoi. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here.

We stayed three nights and four days as soon as we arrived in Vietnam. The hotel staff was incredible: they organized the transfer from the airport to the hotel for us, they recommended bars and restaurants, in Hanoi, but also in other cities, having stayed in contact with the splendid Jessica and Flora for several days . If you are looking for a safe, clean place with a staff ready to help you always and in everything, you can find it here!

Hotel was in a perfect location in The Old Quarter. Reception was very nice and the room was upgraded! The bed was really perfect, great after a long motorcycle ride from Sapa. The staff was very helpful with everything I needed!
