Fantastic Hotel the breakfast simply delicious & cooked fresh as you order. Staff friendly & efficient. We enjoyed our stay & will return in a couple of months. Right in the heart of the old quarter. Good restaurant across the road

Great place beautiful room. I had a terrace I would have liked cushions on the iron chairs outside for more comfort. But other than that it was a great place to stay for the night.

Location is good as it is in the heart of old town. Service staff is good too. Breakfast is good. We booked the family room with window, which has 2 king beds. Room is large. Only thing for my personal preference is that the bed is a bit soft.

The hotel located in the old city, close to cathedral and lake. Surrounded by the famous cafés and tourist attractions. It’s super convenient to stay if you are planning to have a tour trip, as it’s easy for them to arrange a pickup and drop off directly to the hotel. The stuff are friendly :)

I stayed in Hanoi for a few days at this Brilliant Hotel and Spa, it was incredible! The location is perfect; it's right in the middle of the old town, it is convenient to get anywhere in the city and I was at the heart of everything I wanted to see. I had family staying across the street in another hotel, and while theirs was more expensive, the Brilliant Hotel was much better. The service from the lobbyists was friendly, helpful, and insightful -- not at all looking to scam or take money from me (unlike other locations I visited during my trip, or even from my family's experience). They immediately offered me a physical map of great places to travel in the area, and communicated with me in a personal and friendly manner. I told them what I was interested in seeing, they helped highlight it on the map. Google maps isn't the best option in Vietnam, and having a physical map actually helped 'save' me from being lost more than once on my trip. I thought that was the end of that, but at night they left a personal card on my door, always remembered my name as I walked in and out, and even remembered where I went and what I said about it, making conversation whenever I wanted, even at breakfast! The breakfast was quite good, besides the normal food they can cook you omelets, pho, pancakes, etc. The service here is unlike anywhere else I've stayed, the lobbyists Fiona and Lucy in particular were extremely friendly, approachable, understanding, and helpful. 10/10 I recommend this hotel, and I definitely will be going back here when I travel through Hanoi again!

Fantastic location. Close to the busy noisy part of Old Quarters so it is pleasant, yet just a short walk there. Room is clean and pleasant. Staff is attentive. I check in the evening, counter staff had memorised the names of remaining guest to check in. Breakfast is good with a la carte choice.

工作人員服務很好，特別是前台的小哥哥小姐姐 就是酒店比較老舊，這個價格用的被子還是棉被，通風感覺也一般，床單被單都有一種沒幹透的感覺

飯店房間很大 交通位置方便 算便宜雖然沒有網站拍照那麼鮮豔 有點色差😂 但整體還可以 早餐有現點現做的pho 法吐之類 還不錯，

여기 정말 최고에요.. 에어비엔비 잡았다가 최악이라 당일에 예약하고 브릴리언트로 달려갔는데ㅜㅠ 눈물날뻔 올드타운 내에 이만한 가격에 이런 청결도에 이런 서비스 없음 오토바이 렌탈도 저렴해서 했어요 무엇보다 너부 친절하심.. 가장 중요한건 우리가 편히 묵고 좋은 기억을 가지고 여행을 하는거래요 ㅠ 나울어 암튼 최고 꼭 가세요

最初から最後までとてもよかったです！ホアンキエム湖の近くにあるので、大教会などの観光名所にも徒歩で行きやすいです。部屋も綺麗で、清掃も毎日入ってくれます。朝食も10時までやっていてのんびりできるのもよかったです。ベトナム料理だけでなくパンやサンドイッチも食べられました。ビュッフェスタイルのものの他に、注文してから温かいものを作ってくれるメニューもあります。 ホテルの方々はとても丁寧で、1日目ドアの鍵の閉め方が難しかった時も教えてくださいました。 ホアンキエム湖周辺の地図とおすすめのお店が書かれたものをチェックインの時に渡してくれます。また買い物などをする際は先にホテルの方に相場を聞くとぼったくられないのでおすすめです。スパもとっても気持ちよくて2回利用しました。施術中は少し痛いけど、まじで体が軽くなります。 空港からの送り迎えを追加で頼みましたが、帰りは早朝にホテルを出なくてはいけなかったのに、朝ごはんを持たせてくれました。帰りの便のオンラインチェックインの紙の印刷もフロントにお願いすればやってくれます。 トイレの水がずっとちょっと漏れてるのと、シャワーの扉の下の方のゴムパッキンが外れててしたから水が出てしまうの意外は何も気になりませんでした。すごくいいホテルに泊まれて、素敵なたびにできました。Thankyou for everything!!

깨끗하기는 했지만 창문 없는 방은 냄새가 좀 있습니다. 그리고 커튼이 나무커튼이라 빛이 세어 들어옵니다. 아침 식사는 종류는 적지만 맛은 괜찮았습니다.

ハノイのオールドクォターの中にあり、便利です。また大通りに面しているのでタクシーなどには容易に手配でき便利です。

まず、ホテル名がモルガンスホテルとなっていますが、それは旧名で 実際は Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & spa です！ 日本人の宿泊者も多く、スタッフさんも親切で特に困ることはなかったです。 建物や設備は少し古いですが問題ありません。 周りにいろんなご飯屋さんやマッサージ、スパ、お土産屋さん、カフェ、スタバなどもあるので便利です。 人通りやバイク、車どおりが激しいのでちょっと圧倒されました！ 朝ごはんのビュッフェは種類が少なめですが、 フォーなども頼めるので満足でした。
