Ulasan Western Hanoi Hotel

this is a hotel with good location and top level breakfast. walking distance to no7 bus stop to airport. also price very cheap

It’s a good place to stay for a business trip but it’s a bit far from all the traction places

Service was closed to none. There were power outlets everywhere yet only one works.. almost like no heater

My trip to Hanoi was amazing. Clean rooms, excellent services, accessibility to the hotel. I will recommend others to use western Hanoi hotel

This hotel is located kinda far from the city centre and it takes about 20 to 30 mins to get there. Apart from this, everything was great.

Ms Thu Phuong and Linh Chi reception was very good and patient.

Overrated dated 4s star, but ok for just 1 night layover.

The room was good. Unfortunately, a male manager at the front desk around the age of thirty seemed impatient, reluctant, disrespectful and unprofessional. His communication skills and etiquette needed to be improved, hopefully with the help of further guidance and training from his colleagues and supervisors at the hotel. Thankfully, another manager who was on duty the next morning was with better attitude and working ethics. Despite the regrettable service, the overall experience was okay.

Location is not just ok. The roads will get muddy on rainy days. Not many eateries near by.

It was a great hotel and the breakfast was amazing. The room was very comfy, clean and spacious. I really enjoyed myself.
