Very friendly staff. The hotel just located opposite of Ho Kiem lake. Very convenient location.

A very warm and friendly welcome and greeting on each return to the hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms - a welcome retreat after a busy day of seeing the sites. A fantastic location - with the lake on the doorstep.

The window of the room looked into the corridor no view to the street , no sunlight. ( I had booked a room with a window ). The room was too small , the beds were smaller than European size ones. There was some construction going on in the building which disturbed our sleep early in the morning starting from 7 am. And the cherry on the top was the reception LADY almost shouting on me while she was trying to explain we took two bottles of water from their fridge and we must pay for it . I explained we never drank the free water provided by the hotel and just replaced it with the cold one in the fridge. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ She kept insisting on hers with not a polite tone of speech. The man tried to fix the situation by offering us to take a bottle of water for free. Nevertheless the men in the reception were quite polite and helpful. The high evaluation of the service was only due to the male employees in the lobby.

This place should get six stars for the friendly service of the staff, and the immaculate cleanliness. The location on the Hoan Kiem lake is great, invites to relaxing morning or evening strolls.

Love the staff's attitude and English profiency. Also the no-buffet style breakfast. Yet high quality. Rooms is perfect. Wish this hotel is a bit bigger. with same service quality. Location is excellent.

This hotel has everything except some facilities like gyms etc. But it has everything to make a trip, whether business or leisure, a fantastic experience and I will say, it's the staff who make all these tick. Would stay again.

The bed linen was not clean on checkin. We complained to management, they fixed and apologised. Rooms are quite small. Location good.
