Ulasan Paragon Noi Bai Hotel & Pool

There is no pavement for guests to walk from the airport to Paragon Hotel & Pool. Therefore the transfer service of 100,000 Dong is essential. Guest pick-up is at Column 14 after exiting Gate A2 if arriving in Hanoi by an international flight. The hotel has improved in service since a year ago. To protect children from walking up to the rooftop, the hotel requires users to key in code 123456# to open the door before swimming or plane-spotting. Here, it is my first time spotting the aircraft of Air Cambodia landing during the night. I remember this night.

Really enjoyed our stay, got a free room upgrade, the location is very convenient for the layovers, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great. And the swimming pool was an absolute hit!The hotel also provides transfer for 100,000 vietnamese dongs, which we highly recommend as you can't find any better price. Highly recommend!

Really good for one night , just near to the airport

Nice stay in the airport. Clean rooms, nice roof with swiming pool and perfect view for landing and taking off planes. I cannot say anything about the food as i didn’t take anything.

The cleanliness is a bit sus. The towels are yellow. But the room is clean, bed is comfy, shower is hot. Food here is bad - suggest not to eat here. TV couldn’t work and wifi was down the whole stay (not rly their fault, twas due to the typhoon) Overall: Not for the fussy, only if desperately need a place for a night near the airport

Really appreciated the hotel being close to airport and they gave us a free upgraded room. The pool is nice and we slept well. We walked from airport but there is no sidewalk and it took more than 15 minutes

I think it says “shuttle service available” but there wasn’t any. Or maybe I misunderstood it and they will book a taxi for you yo the airport which is twice the price from uber. Though the room was good. Complete toiletries and soft bed.

The location is good; it’s near the airport. There are little shops around and a coffee shop. The room is clean and spacious.

The only positive was that it was close tot he airport but there is nothing around this hotel. No restaurants or attractions close by. So if you’re planning to stay here, be prepared to either stay in your room or spend an hour in taxi to go anywhere touristy. The hotel has a basic restaurant where they can’t even make pizza, they order it from another place, charge you 4-5 times the normal price and by the time it arrives an hour later, it’s cold and soggy. Front desk is not friendly. During our check in, while we didn’t understand the language, it was pretty obvious that they were being condescending and rude. They told us (without us asking) that they have upgraded our room then saying things in Vietnamese and chuckling, when got to our room, we got a smaller room than what we booked. We would never stay there again and don’t recommend it.

Nice room

We stayed here purely for the rooftop pool overlooking the runway. Got some amazing videos and photos of planes landing and taxiing. Would highly recommend. Rooms were comfortable and cosy. Great for an overnight stay or a quick trip to Hanoi Airport.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. They provide transport service to and from the terminals for a small fee.  Rooms are spacious and clean.  Other for the convenient location close to the airport, there is no other reason to stay in this hotel.

You know how sometimes when you arrived at a hotel and it blew your expectations? This is one of them. With less than 24 hours transit in Hanoi, I decided to not go into the city where most of yhe standard hotels are at. Arriving at night, I went straight to bed. With a few hours to kill before my flight, I was surprised to experience the Vietnamese hospitality at its finest. I walked around the area, and found a charming farm plot on my way to do plane spotting. A sweet aunty offered me tomatoes fresh off from the vines, for free! Okay, going back to the hotel itself. For the price I paid, it was truly stretched. It comes with breakfast..fresh fruits, eggs, and pho, coffee and juice. The room is spacious, and even has a balcony. You could hear the plane as it's very near to the runway. Lots of clientele of this hotel look like they're traveling too. There's plenty of shops and a 24 hour massage parlor + spa nearby the hotel (less than 100 meter)..there's even late night Pho shop. Ohh, there's a rooftop pool overlooking the runway...I think I like this place a lot! It was a layover but beyond!
