Pengalaman menginap yang baik Perkhidmatan hotel ini sangat baik Ia terletak di sebelah Tasik Hoan Kiem Ia mempunyai nilai CP yang tinggi dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat sopan, bertimbang rasa dan penuh perhatian. Sarapan yang disediakan oleh hotel sangat mewah dan ber***a bufet Anda boleh makan pelbagai buah-buahan bermusim di Vietnam, dan anda juga boleh memesan mi nasi dan omelet. Kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat profesional dan sopan! Kami tinggal di sini selama seminggu Dari sini kami pergi ke pelbagai tempat indah di Vietnam Utara, melawat Teluk Ha Long, Teluk Lu Long dan Air Terjun Ban Gioc Kami kembali dan terus tinggal, melawat suku lama Hanoi, melihat matahari terbit dan matahari terbenam di atas Tasik Hoan Kiem, dan melawat Katedral Hanoi dan Katedral Hanoi, serta tarikan terkenal seperti Train Street, kunjungi 36 Street dengan santai dan nikmati keseronokan membeli-belah.  Kerana kami mengembara, kami tidak tinggal berturut-turut Kadang-kadang kami akan keluar awal dan kadang-kadang pulang lewat Kami akan mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar di luar waktu biasa. It’s difficult to stay spacious in the old town, and the hotel staff is very friendly

호안끼엠호수 근처면서 맥주거리와 가깝기때문에 위치는 최고입니다. 대신 좋은 접근성만큼 밤에 조금은 시끄럽습니다. 자정은 지나야 자는데 방해되지 않습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고, 마주칠때마다 인사해주고 안부를 물어줍니다. 도움이 필요할땐 적극적으로 도와주어 정말 고마웠습니다. 조식은 부페형식도 좋고 주문하는 단품요리도 훌륭합니다. 매일 과일이 6~8가지 나오기때문에 따로 과일을 사먹을 필요가 없을 정도입니다. 다음번에 하노이에 온다면 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

環境：酒店距離還劍湖非常近，出門左轉兩三百米就到了還劍湖最熱鬧的那條步行街 服務：Tommy還有前台小姐姐都很熱情，英語也很好 衞生：衞生也會及時打掃，整體上還是不錯的。

房間不大。衞生不行，娃被咬了一身包。

環境：位置出行方便，吃喝方便

I have just completed a 3 night stay at the Bella Premier and have been delighted with my visit. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter and further afield. The room was great, really comfortable and had all of the essentials. You are in the centre of a busy area, but there was never too much noise. If you are a light sleeper, I would pack earplugs as standard. Plenty of options at breakfast too which was delicious. All of the team are really friendly and helpful, I liked the personal touch of making conversation and being genuinely interested in how my day was and my plans. Throughly recommend this hotel.

This small hotel is ideally located by the lake. We were nicely welcomed. Our executive room was spacious, clean and confortable with a safe, a fridge and tea & coffee facility. The breakfast is good, I recommend the banana pancakes. There is a buffet and a la carte. Overall great value for money. The rooftop skybar offers a beautiful lake view.

We stayed here for 4 nights for our first stay in Vietnam. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you- they even sorted a sim card out for us. There was maid service every day and fresh water and amenities too. Location was fantastic, and was 1 minute walk to the lake and from all of our pick up spots. Breakfast was good- lots of fresh fruit and plenty of cooked options to set you up. Limited options for vegetarians, but i can't really complain! The only thing about our room was that it was on the 7th floor by the sky bar, so it was super noisy as the walls are quite thin. However, a couple of ear buds later (or a couple of beers!), and it's not a problem. Would definitely recommend 👌

Great location in the Old Quarter, with easy access to all main sites. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff: they go above and beyond to help. Without exception, each and everyone of them was so kind, helpful, respectful and generous with their time. For several reasons, we stayed three times in a short space of time. On the second and third time, we were welcomed like a member of the family. We were really sad to leave them. The rooms were clean and well furnished with everything you need. The breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice in the buffet as well as individually prepared meals. There were great views from the rooftop bar. This is a gem of a hotel.

The staff was caring, attentive, happy and helped us continually with our trip. Alina was an angel Roger and Swan were always checking on us. Besides the perfect location by lake Kiem, breakfast contained many choices of fresh and cooked items. Pho was super.

Perfect location for walking around Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The balcony view from the room was good to watch the night time dancing on the lake. Comfortable room and very well priced. The best thing about this place was Tommy- most helpful, informative and friendly. Amazing customer service from him and the others working there. Tommy is a real asset to this hotel :)

The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, with plenty of shops in the nearby vicinity. It is a little cramped so it may not be good for claustrophobic people. As for the staff, I cannot commend Max enough. I dropped my phone on the grab car and he immediately helped me to follow up, retrieve information and then contact grab and eventually managed to get back my phone. The receptionist Anh is also extremely cheerful and chatty, and would keep suggesting places and cafes for me to visit. Definitely a hotel I will go back again in future.
