Nice staying, good service, clean room, not noisy. There are markets and restaurants nearby. Little bit far old town, but there is shutter bus of the hotel during the working days.

Fraser Suites Hanoi exceeded all of my expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every facility you could need, from an iron and washing machine to a refrigerator. The lighting and overall ambiance were perfect, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the location in Westlake is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Quarter, traffic between the two areas is usually manageable. The slightly removed location actually added to the tranquility of our stay. We were especially impressed with the Sky Rooftop Bar, which provides stunning panoramic views of the city—a definite highlight! Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather during our visit, but I’m sure it would be delightful in the summer months. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their excellent service. If we return to Hanoi, Fraser Suites will undoubtedly be our top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. 5/5!

The hotel itself was lovely, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We did have a small unpleasant experience, but the hotel staff promptly addressed it and provided compensation. Overall, our stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi was pleasant.

The location is somewhat far from the sightseeing spots. The two-bedroom type is spacious and includes a laundry machine and dryer. The kitchenette is a bit outdated and the cutlery is not very clean. It offers only basic amenities, and the furniture is also old. However, the staff were kind and helpful.

Loved the location. It's not that far from Old Quarter and situated in a peaceful area. Breakfast is great!

The hotel facilities are excellent, with a fully equipped in-room laundry setup and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast is very diverse and satisfying. Next door, there is both a budget and an imported goods supermarket, as well as several dining options, making the overall convenience of the location outstanding. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has become my regular goto in Hanoi when on business. The hotel is super clean, service is great, and next store is a fantastic shopping center with everything you need! Highly recommended!

Executive and Deluxe rooms are in different towers. Executives are newer, fresher and have better kitchen layout if you plan to cook. We took deluxe one bedroom but paid more and upgraded to executive. There are 2 supermarkets in the building with local and international produce which is a huge plus. Washing machine has dryer. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast is pretty decent. Good night view from the rooftop in newer building. Very accommodating and polite staff members, all of them. Disadvantages: 1. No basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper, oil, no mixing bowls, no dishwashing liquid and sponge (and no dishwasher as well), you have to buy it which is not convenient when you stay just for a couple nights. The bowl I asked for that was brought from the restaurant for me was dirty, I washed it with sponge and liquid that bought myself. 2. There was Nespresso coffee machine, but no capsules at all (there was a place for a set of 3 but they covered it with instant coffee) - had to buy them in the shop downstairs. 3. Deluxe one bedroom that we initially booked was listed as “River view”, but you don’t get the view since the windows are small, and you can see only nearby building, city and a piece of water somewhere far - that’s false advertisement. Paying extra 1.000.000 vnd for the room upgrade in another building on the 3rd floor with no view as well was not very nice, but better than staying in the older building for 2 nights.

Probably one of the finest serviced apartment hotels in Hanoi.... Wonderful staffs.. Helpful.... Rooms are so clean and bathroom is massive..... Beds very comfy.. Hard matt but good for back.... Location around many cafes, gourmet stores, department stores... Its an A for this hotel...
