I made a reservation for 3 nights after reading the information on trip.com, but there was no compensation and I just gave up and left.

From the beginning, I went to Hanoi with the intention of staying near the old town. I went, stayed in the old town for 4 days and went to Sapa for 1 day. I spent 2 days here at Blue Biz and returned home today. Generally clean. The staff speaks Korean. It was convenient for language communication as Lotte Mart was nearby. It was convenient for shopping and sightseeing

The bedding was very good and comfortable. It was a little unsightly because the chair had some dirt visible, but overall it was clean.
