Ulasan La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Spa

First off, the location is unbeatable. Very central get away from the super noisy bars. Do note that morning there will be a rooster waking you up around 7am. Managed to check in smoothly. The staff Joseph is friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are. The design of the hotel looks like mandarin oriental, still pretty good looking. The bed is comfortable. In terms of house keeping, they do it every single day. Even though I specifically put the Do not Disturb sign. It felt nice to come back with my bed made and the room is clean up. The shower gel and bath are recycled. They basically reuse the bottles. I’m fine with that. Do not use the room slippers, cause it’s reused too. I’m not using the same slippers from other guests. Aircon works well for me. Hot water also. But there is one day the hot water have some issues. So I showered with cold water. Only tried the breakfast one time. Wasn’t ideal as I didn’t really enjoyed any of the food. Rooftop bar still renovating I guess. Overall, if the price is not too expensive, I will consider staying here again. Thanks to the good level of service.

Totally enjoyed staying at LA Passion. It is very close to everything so we were able to walk practically everywhere. Staff were all very nice and easy to converse with. I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup for breakfast.

Nice hotel with great staff location is superb everything was great had a good time

這家服務很不錯，早餐因為喜歡吃越南粉，所以天天跑去外面吃，沒吃酒店的早餐，就無法評論，不過位置特別的好，房間跟酒店也非常的乾淨，值得推薦，下次去還是選擇住這家

酒店衞生正常 環境亦正常 位於市中心，環劍湖一帶周五六日會封路，酒店位於封路範圍外，車輛繁忙. 有一定噪音。

Phòng và địa chỉ mình nhận phòng không như lúc mình đặt, rất tệ . Mình hy vọng khách sạn sẽ rút kinh nghiên về vấn đề này và nêu rỗ địa chỉ cũng như phòng khách hàng được nhậm kho đặt trên app.

정말 친절한 직원들, 최고의 서비스 정말 모든 분야에서 일하는 직원들 전체가 친절합니다 여기서 하롱베이 투어도 이용했는데 아주 좋았습니다 직원들이 영어를 잘 구사해서 의사소통에 문제가 없습니다 다만 방에 샤워실 배수구에서 물이 잘 안빠집니다 그부분이 아쉽습니다 그리고 인테리어가 예쁘고 방도 넓고 쾌적해서 2박 묵는데 불편함이 없었습니다 위치도 너무 좋고 무엇보다 직원들이 친절한게 가장 도움이 되었습니다 감사합니다

The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are amazing. Thanks to Anna, Thomas and the other concierge guy, so helpful. I booked the massage and facial also so good. Location wise is central so u can literally just walk around have all the egg coffee , pho, Bahn MI, shopping. I will come back and book the same hotel and will will probably have them do my day trips. Beautiful People. ❣️ 😊

A beautiful hotel located right in the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter, convenient for travel, the hotel is also close to sightseeing and shopping areas, we only need to walk a few minutes to get to our destination. The hotel room is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is enthusiastic,friendly , young and hospitable.

Anna mark Sam Linh - they were so helpful in early check in and booking the trips It was such a pleasant and chill stay they are all so so sweet and I had the best time They help you with sims and booking halong bay and nin bhin also it's all really seamless :) it's very sweet hotel with really really nice people

Small hotel in the centre of Hanoi, very well located for markets, shops and exploring Hanoi. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, offering to help arrange airport taxies etc. The rooms were very small but otherwise comfortable. the bathrooms were small too but perfectly good.

We Got room with windows which is rare for Hanoi Hotel, so we're happy. Bed were comfy and food was fantastic. Location was excellent , so close to everywhere, shops , restaurant, Lake , beer street and old quarter. We enjoyed our time in Hanoi

La Passion Hotel & Spa truly excels in every area. The staff, Anna and Mark, were hospitable and extremely accommodating. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. A big bonus is the hotel's proximity to the Old Quarters! What a pleasant stay this has been!

Awesome hotel with excellent location with walkable distance for shopping , street food , Beer street .. Breakfast was excellent with good spread and staffs are very helpful and best in class service with cute and smiling face always .. We also got good exchange rate for our currency in the hotel itself .. We really love this hotel and we wanted to come again and stay here very soon..
