Hotel is clean and well kept despite being a rather old hotel. Location is central and convenient. Front ni desk is very helpful and its staff’s English proficiency is really good.will be here r

The hotel is good as usual. Only trip.com was not able to help to modify the booking during the stay. It cost me one night forfeited. Will book directly from the hotel next time.

The hotel is clean, but if you use too much toilet paper in the tray it will clog. I was a little surprised that the staff brought hot water in the middle of the night when I arrived.

hotel is bigger & cleaner than I was expecting. quiet at night too. breakfast is worth it. there was a super-typhoon when we were there. We had drinking sessions at the 1st floor restaurant.

A really nice hotel with all food in house and also nearby . Have all the services and respond to request for extra easily . They also have taxis tied to the hotel for airport transfer or to go anywhere in Hanoi at a very reasonable rates. Will book this hotel for our next trip
