The room was very beautiful and right in the center of old quarter. The staff were very helpful.

Everything was good apart from the noise at night. We got upgraded to a room with balcony but it was extremely noisy at night. People were drinking and being loud until 4am on the street below us so we could not sleep. Staff is nice and very helpful on other matters though.

this hotel was good, considering the price

Just a block from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the touristy bia corner, it’s still nestled in a quieter area with great views of the streets from the rooftop patio. The staff were so helpful helping me party my motorbike, altho if it’s parked overnight it is in a compound that is locked so you won’t gain access until 8am the next morning. The room decor is elegant and modern, the bathroom was large and high ceiling, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk and bell staff speak English which is also helpful for finding rides and directions. Very satisfied with the price point. The room was also stocked with comfy slippers, bathrobe, water kettle and 2 x water bottles, toothbrushes/tooth paste and high pressure hot shower water. I will consider staying again the next time I need to save myself from the commute out of old quarter.

Lovely room (matched pictures online) and great front desk, very friendly. Enjoyed breakfast at the sister hotel. Noise due to new years was expected. However the drilling noises on and off for an hour was not expected and loud! Not okay at 7pm at night!

Excellent service and very supportive staff. Excellent customer service. friendly and very polite. Great location in the center of Old Quarter, with lots of restaurants around. The night market is near by. Excellent food and tour information. I recommend the hotel.

Great location for walking around and getting street food at all hours. Staff is super helpful, just ask them anything and they’ll sort it. Rooms are comfy and quiet, and the soup on the corner is a must try! Dan at the front desk was also super helpful, thank you again Dan!

The hotel was in an awesome central location and very affordable. The breakfast was served at the sister hotel just around the counter and was delicious. The building is a bit dated but for the price it’s great. The hotel is located just down an alleyway and has some great restaurants next to it. I want to give a shoutout to Loyal and Danyel. They were really helpful during our stay and gave us some great recommendations for food and were all round fantastic.
