The counter staff were very enthusiastic and helped with luggage, assisted in changing rooms, and even spoke a little Chinese. Although it is a bit far from the main attractions in the city, it will be quieter at night. It is recommended that you bring your own toothbrush and check that the shampoo and shower gel bottles are locked to avoid falling and causing injury.

Everything was great. The location is quite convenient and the room had everything that we could possibly need. Clean, quiet, spacious. Breakfasts were also very nice, even without a lot of choice.

I stayed for 4 nights this time. The location is good and there is no particular inconvenience in the surrounding facilities. There is also a cafe nearby that is vacant from the morning.

GGuest UserThis location is not very close to any of the major happenings in Hanoi. It is at least 40+ minutes from the airport and 20+ minutes from the city center. It is definitely a decent apartment for the price, but it comes with little benefit once you add up the costs for traveling into the city. The booker had mentioned they would reserve me a motorbike and then that did not happen and I had to rent one myself. Also, the address listed actually shows up differently on the map, so that will prove confusing when you try to get dropped off. Overall not a negative experience, but none of the information I mentioned was noticeable from the listing, so just use caution.
