Hotel di Giang Vo Convention Center, Hanoi

Nice hotel We chose the apartment one. We arrived very late (or very early) : 7am and we didn’t get trouble We also had (by our request) free checkout for this reason. The apartment got two bathrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen (useful if you like to cook). Swimming pool is small and the massage was not as good as expected. Breakfast has a huge and various choices

I like very much, They are very kindly and friendly. This residence was clean and standard level so high. Now, I stay 3rd times. Swimming pool also very clean, Breakfast also very delicious, facilities are very clean and nice and useful.

This hotel has a Middle Eastern opulent gold style, and the room exceeded my expectations. Before coming, I was debating between the Intercontinental 72 and the Dolce Wyndham Golden Lake, but after seeing the golden bathtub (Picture 4), I booked this one without hesitation. It truly surpassed my expectations! The blankets in the room are genuinely beautiful and soft (Picture 3), and the coffee at breakfast is excellent~

This hotel is genuinely great! The lobby is always buzzing with activities, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The wake-up call I pre-booked for breakfast was perfectly on time, and the customer service lady was incredibly friendly. Every staff member at the Kempinski Hotel made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my mum and aunt — they really enjoyed shopping for fresh ingredients at the nearby morning market and cooking in the apartment. The place is well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making it very convenient for longer stays. Customer service was helpful and responsive. Since this is an apartment-type accommodation, it’s important to contact the host in advance to arrange check-in.

On this trip back to Hanoi, I stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis and and I’m so glad I did. Host Doris was so kind and thoughtful. She contacted me early and even shared a helpful video for check-in. What I loved most was the cozy, spacious vibe and the shared area where kids can play. My daughter absolutely loved it, and that made me feel even more at home. It’s a warm, peaceful place that helped me truly relax. Thank you for such a lovely stay—I’ll definitely be back! 💛

I stayed at Éclectique Hanoi Homestay and the place has a very authentic atmosphere. The house has character, with simple but tasteful decor that reflects older Hanoi style. The host was welcoming and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and things to explore, which added a personal touch.The rooms are small and you can notice the age of the building in some details, but the bed was clean, there was hot water, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The neighborhood is lively, so there can be some street noise, especially in the morning.Overall, it’s suitable for someone looking to experience everyday Hanoi rather than a standard modern hotel.

Great trip and our apartment are really spacious, we feel like we stay at home. most things are just in the walking distance. we love our stay and definitely come back

The suite was very well maintained and clean, with all amenities included. The onsite gym is very nice. It could use a few more pots and pans for cooking, and you have to show the entry form every time you want to enter the building, which only takes a few seconds for the guard to review and let you in. Other than that, the place was great and I would stay there again.

Located in Hanoi's CBD, right next to Lotte and VINCOM, this apartment is very convenient for shopping and daily life. As a studio apartment, it's much larger than a hotel and has all the amenities. While it lacks the comforts of a hotel, it's a very good value.
