Hotel 4 bintang Hanoi

I stayed in Hanoi for a few days at this Brilliant Hotel and Spa, it was incredible! The location is perfect; it's right in the middle of the old town, it is convenient to get anywhere in the city and I was at the heart of everything I wanted to see. I had family staying across the street in another hotel, and while theirs was more expensive, the Brilliant Hotel was much better. The service from the lobbyists was friendly, helpful, and insightful -- not at all looking to scam or take money from me (unlike other locations I visited during my trip, or even from my family's experience). They immediately offered me a physical map of great places to travel in the area, and communicated with me in a personal and friendly manner. I told them what I was interested in seeing, they helped highlight it on the map. Google maps isn't the best option in Vietnam, and having a physical map actually helped 'save' me from being lost more than once on my trip. I thought that was the end of that, but at night they left a personal card on my door, always remembered my name as I walked in and out, and even remembered where I went and what I said about it, making conversation whenever I wanted, even at breakfast! The breakfast was quite good, besides the normal food they can cook you omelets, pho, pancakes, etc. The service here is unlike anywhere else I've stayed, the lobbyists Fiona and Lucy in particular were extremely friendly, approachable, understanding, and helpful. 10/10 I recommend this hotel, and I definitely will be going back here when I travel through Hanoi again!

Frühstück wurde als Buffet serviert und ging bis 9.30. danach Bedienteil sich der Service daran und es wurde aufgefordert zu gehen. Das Essen unfasste Verschiedenes Obst, infused water, Milch, Kaffee, nur schwarzen Tee, egg any style, Käse, wurst, Croissant, Nudeln, Reis usw. Wirklich toll! Deluxe Zimmer entspricht eher dem eines superior Zimmers. Die Bilder sind online falsch. Straßenlärm kommt etwas durch die Fenster. Reinigungspersonal spricht kein Englisch. Rezeption super freundlich, gab auch Tee umsonst als Begrüßung. Sehr nah zum See, fußläufig erreichbar. Sogar eine gute Nacht Geschichte gab es neben dem Bett

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Sinfonia del Rey. The location was superb next to the Hoan Kiem lake right in the middle of the Old Quarter. All of the staff were extremely friendly and special mention to Rose who greeted us and remembered our names throughout our stay, and to give us recommendations on where to eat while we were in Hanoi. We also wanted to thank the manager who checked us in and had more food recommendations and for the lady who checked us out that gave our son a departing gift. Thank you for having us!

Firstly il start by congratulating Hannah and the team for all their help, assistance and guidance during our split 3 nights here. Unfortunately there was an issue with our original booking for interconnecting rooms but no problem Hannah did her best to sort it out with options offered, which was fine. Hannah and the team also sorted out and kept a very close eye on our trip to Halon Bay which we booked through the hotel as part of our package. Our package included all transfers to Halon Bay and to/from the airport. Our trip To Halon Bay (V Spirit Cruises) was pushed back by 1 day due to a typhoon again no problem, rearrangements were made and the trip was thoroughly enjoyed by the family. Breakfast is really good here with all accommodated for all and lots of advice is given by the front desk on where and when to go to the various tourist places around Hanoi. Rooms are all really nice with good wifi (important for an 11yr old) & hotel cannot be faulted, it’s central location is easy to navigate with lots of very good cheap shopping on the doorstep. Speaking of on the doorstep, enjoy the late night karaoke and Dj by the locals your in for a treat. Well done Hannah and team, Thank-you.

立地はハノイ観光にもってこいの場所で、徒歩数分で夜になると露店がたくさん出ているところまで出れます。今回の部屋は最上階にある部屋でしたが、エレベーターは最上階の１つ下の階まででしたので、１階分は階段で上がる必要があります。 少々設備が古い感が否めませんが、のんびりとホテルステイをしたい方以外には必要十分だと思います。 ホテルは8階までありますが、部屋数は少ないため他の客とあまり会わずに静かに過ごせました。反面、従業員の方も少なく早朝などに外に出ようとしても鍵がかかっていたりするので、予め予定などを伝えておく必要があると思います。対応は丁寧なので問題ありません。 朝食付きプランでは、朝食は少し離れた姉妹ホテルで食べることになりますが、そちらのホテルの方があまり熟れていない感じで、なかなか伝わらずに都度料金を請求されかけました。食事する顧客のリスト自体は姉妹ホテルに印刷されていたので、そのホテルの受付の方個人の問題かもしれません。 多少の行き違いはありましたが、コスパ的には申し分ないと思います。

The hotel staffs are experienced to handle big group and we love the welcome drink. Room okok only with free fresh fruits but the breakfast is Amazing! The spread is awesomely good!

Great little boutique hotel. We upgraded to a Honeymoon room to have a bit more room and windows. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly- shout out to Mr Hoang and Miss Anne who were fabulous and their trainee who had little English but always a big smile on his face. We found it to be very clean and in a great location, everything was a short walk away- the lake, night market, prison and train and beer streets. They arranged our airport pick up for not much more than a taxi would have been. Breakfast included was pretty basic but I think adequate for the price. We were happy to have an egg cooked or some toast or sometimes go out to one of the many cafes for a traditional coffee and croissant as it’s so cheap. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is very central and very near Al Noor Mosque. It’s old but there are a lot of international tourists who booked them for their great service and good english speaking receptionists. For my last night in Hanoi, i booked 2 rooms and requested for very early check in. The male receptionist very kindly helped us accede to this request. They also helped with directions and speaking to the driver who was picking us up for an early morning flight the v next day. I also informed them about the room being dusty and they cleaned it up right away. Great service and i will not hesitate to book them in future should i ever come to Hanoi again.

I've stayed at numerous hotels in Hanoi and Silk Queen kept my winning streak alive. Silk Queen is ideally located (Old Quarter), a walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph's and all the action. The room was large and well appointed (wonderful bath/shower), good food and best of all--a refreshing, roof-top pool. The staff was helpful and spoke English. A great stay in the heart of Hanoi...

시설자체가 최신식은 아니지만, 옥상에 수영장도 있고, 조식도 맛있고, 위치도 좋아요. 성요셉성당이랑 기찻길도 가깝고 유명 맛집도 도보이동 가능해서 좋아요. 직원들 친절하고 방도 깨끗했어요. 창문있는 디럭스룸으로 했는데, 계속 커튼쳐놓고 있었어서 창문없는 방으로 했어도 될거같았어요. 방은 넓진 않았는데, 24인치 캐리어 2개 다 펴놓을 수 있고 호텔에선 거의 잠만자서 괜찮았어요. 하노이 다시 가게되면 또 이용하고 싶어요. 체크아웃하고 짐도 맡기고 공항가기전에 샤워도 했어요. 수영장도 크진않아도 노는데 지장없었습니다.
