這次入住體驗超出預期，必須好評！酒店位置優越，出行便利，周邊配套齊全。大堂整潔雅緻，前台辦理入住高效快捷，工作人員態度熱情貼心，有問必答。房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得十分到位，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞浴熱水充足，設施齊全好用，隔音效果也很好。整體環境安靜舒適，服務細緻周到，性價比超高。無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

房間很大很寬敞，也很安靜，隔音很好，一覺睡到大天亮，第一天中午來的保潔阿姨態度也特別好，非常細心，看我在睡午覺東西輕拿輕放的，收拾特別快，也乾淨，周邊的牛油果奶茶也巨好喝😘住了三天非常滿意😚

Location is a decent walk to St Sophia church but in a relatively cold day, even though it’s near 中央大街, we still take taxi to the entrance. There’s very nice eateries nearby so that’s the advantage of staying here. Rooms are a little small and the lobby is quite small compared to other local hotel chains I’ve visited. For the price I paid, I guess it’s still decent. After all I prefer clean hotels and they maintained the rooms fairly clean. Short drive on taxi to the railway station but if you prefer accessibility for airport bus or high speed rail, it is still better to find more walkable hotels at the south of the railway station. Some staff were very helpful when dealing with our parcel while 1 or 2 felt quite cold and not quite chatty.

Rooms are on the smaller side. But air conditioning and hot water are great. Sheets are clean. Breakfast is decent but basic for RMB 25 per pax. Location is good with many eateries and shop nearby. However, the nearest train station is a bit of a walk away.

這次出遊在這個酒店住了三個晚上，到哈爾濱第一天住這裏，後面玩了一圈回到哈爾濱又選擇回來住，環境可以，隔音也不算差，花灑出水也符合我的要求，一樓有2台洗衣機2台烘乾機，非常方便，早餐就麻麻地，不過我對北方的早餐要求就是有小米粥就可以了！出門左轉50米左右再右轉就是地鐵站（上海街），去哪裡都很方便，推薦入住。下次去哈爾濱，還會選擇這裏。 不過：酒店有提供4瓶農夫山泉的礦泉水，回程入住第一晚想着口渴想喝水，其中一瓶一擰蓋子是開過的，水是滿的，不知道什麼情況，慶幸是我自己要喝水，如果是小朋友，他們根本不會有這種防範意識，肯定直接就喝了，希望加強管理。謝謝！

服務特別周到，在呼蘭區來説環境也是一級棒，新開的酒店哪哪都是乾淨新的，非常推薦住，連續住了兩天，下次還來，早餐種類也很豐富非常不錯

Good hotel location, staff at the front desk is very helpful (although they don't speak English so come prepared with a translator app on your phone). One issue though is that if you need to extend your stay, you have to make a new booking. Front desk people for some reason cannot extend the stay directly.

It was really wonderful. Good location of the hotel, near a shopping center and a supermarket, close to the world of snow and ice. Very hospitable and kind workers❤️

very good location, it is just right next to the airport bus station, also close to Harbin high speed railway station. Staff are well trained, polite, helpness. I did have a good sleep there.
