"住的時候是在寒假，價格實惠，出門就是地鐵口，走20米不到就是公交車站，交通很方便，前台大姐人很好，衹要好好説話合理的要求都能滿足，吹風機要跟前台要，冬天暖氣温度挺高，得開窗散散熱。總而言之就是，店家人好，價格實惠，交通便利，美中不足就是冬天有些悶熱。"

Setibanya kami, kami sangat terkejut apabila pemilik segera membawa kami ke Wusong Ridge, menyedari bahawa ia adalah hari terakhir operasi sebelum penutupan musim cuti. Gerak isyarat bertimbang rasa ini meningkatkan pengalaman kami dengan ketara.
Sepanjang penginapan kami, kami berpeluang untuk menerokai kampung dengan kereta luncur kuda dan menikmati aktiviti tiub, yang memberikan pengalaman yang tenang dan menyegarkan. CCeritalahWe stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring.
Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.
The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Would I recommend this place?

DDil888The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

PPengguna TetamuLess crowd in Wuchang Snow Valley compare to Xuexiang Snow Town. Booked our chartered car through the innkeeper for RMB2400 for 3 days Harbin- Wuchang Snow Valley - Xuexiang Snow Town - Volga Manor. The inn did not provide bath towel so i suggest you bring your own bath towel. They can only provide small face towel.
The place is run by the family.. they are so nice.. We took pictures near the inn at the evening or the father play the roundfire for us to take picture at night. In the morning the next day we book trip to Wu Song Ling for RMB400/pax guided by the innkeeper son which we call him titi (younger brother).. It was the most fun & memorable activities of our entire Harbin trip of 8 days.. Walking at the snow jungle was the most we loved. Titi also taught us to ski but I don't speak chinese so i can't understand the instruction given. I gave up learning to sli on my third fall hahaha...
Overall, we highly recomended Snow Valley for you to visit for natural snow experiances.

As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.
