Our twin room in this newly renovated hotel had a fresh, modern look and all the conveniences we needed. The location was great for exploring Harbin’s famous place. The staff were professional and friendly, assisting us with local tour bookings and transport.

酒店位置非常優越，就在地鐵口上來不到20米。環境是標準的漢庭3.5風格，乾淨衞生。服務人員以及客房保潔禮貌、服務周到、見到客人會打招呼、能滿足入住期間的一切需求。早餐具有東北風格，尖椒幹豆腐、豆腐腦，打滷麪，哈爾濱紅腸也頗具肉感而不是廉價的麪粉製品。總而言之非常滿意的一次住宿，下次再來哈爾濱還會選擇這家漢庭。

This hotel is clean and in quiet surrounding, although the location is removed from town centre. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and full range of amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. One of the staff even helped me to order home deliver dinner to my room by using his phone application for which I wish to thank him v much. Norman LIM, Malaysia

Very beautiful and clean new hotel, opposite is shopping mall which is very convenient for food hunting and going to other places also nearby

Location is a decent walk to St Sophia church but in a relatively cold day, even though it’s near 中央大街, we still take taxi to the entrance. There’s very nice eateries nearby so that’s the advantage of staying here. Rooms are a little small and the lobby is quite small compared to other local hotel chains I’ve visited. For the price I paid, I guess it’s still decent. After all I prefer clean hotels and they maintained the rooms fairly clean. Short drive on taxi to the railway station but if you prefer accessibility for airport bus or high speed rail, it is still better to find more walkable hotels at the south of the railway station. Some staff were very helpful when dealing with our parcel while 1 or 2 felt quite cold and not quite chatty.

位置:離中央大街20㎞，40分鐘的路程。旁邊有個731部隊遺址， 1.2㎞左右。要提前預約參觀。 2.6㎞左右有外賣點，。 服務：服務熱情，到位。 前台小姐姐主動給水。幫忙解決健身房等等問題。也會幫忙把衣服放洗衣機。烘乾後幫忙疊了放洗衣籃裏👍🏻。 走的時候趕時間 發現小朋友衣服落了在房間，小姐姐急急忙忙幫忙送下來！ 設施：酒店很新，好用。衞生也不錯！（我不喜歡住老房子的酒店，各種設施會陳舊。）

住過最差勁的一次華住旗下的酒店，辦入住的時候就一直給我推銷，要不要辦一個法入會會員卡，然後我説不辦，又讓我給他們點好評，請問是沒有好評我就住不了了麼，酒店説的可以延遲到第2天的下午3點退房，第2天的前台也不知道，中午給我打電話問我她才知道，但是在下午1:30的時候，又有人來敲我房門，我在房內喊了好幾遍是哪位都沒有作答，直接刷卡進了我屋子，外面這麼大一個請勿打擾，看不到嗎？什麼玩意

這次出遊在這個酒店住了三個晚上，到哈爾濱第一天住這裏，後面玩了一圈回到哈爾濱又選擇回來住，環境可以，隔音也不算差，花灑出水也符合我的要求，一樓有2台洗衣機2台烘乾機，非常方便，早餐就麻麻地，不過我對北方的早餐要求就是有小米粥就可以了！出門左轉50米左右再右轉就是地鐵站（上海街），去哪裡都很方便，推薦入住。下次去哈爾濱，還會選擇這裏。 不過：酒店有提供4瓶農夫山泉的礦泉水，回程入住第一晚想着口渴想喝水，其中一瓶一擰蓋子是開過的，水是滿的，不知道什麼情況，慶幸是我自己要喝水，如果是小朋友，他們根本不會有這種防範意識，肯定直接就喝了，希望加強管理。謝謝！
