The room was very spacious and the hotel was lovely and warm in winter. The staff from top to bottom, were very nice—they even had a cute delivery robot! Breakfast choices weren't extensive, but it was good enough to start the day. The location was also perfect, being very close to the metro station.

The room facilities and hygiene were pretty good, and the cleaning lady was excellent; she told me to just ask her if I needed anything, and she restocked items thoroughly. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, and although the room stated no smoking, an ashtray was provided… The service attitude of the older lady at the front desk was quite mediocre, and she insisted on me following Huazhu Hotel Group on my phone (she's the one in the photo from other negative reviews). But the other young male and female staff at the front desk were very good, and the restaurants they recommended nearby were also delicious. The delivery robot was quite busy, and sometimes if there were too many deliveries, I had to go down to pick them up myself. The view from the high floor was nice and unobstructed, but the elevator was noisy and slow. The location is close to the subway station, but you'll need to transfer if you're going to Central Street or the Ice and Snow World.

The hotel is super close to the subway station and surrounded by restaurants, making it really convenient. The front desk even offers complimentary frozen persimmons, frozen pears, and candied hawthorns. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time!

Feels like home! The service is becoming more and more personalized! Every staff member put in a great effort! It would be perfect if they could remove their gloves after clearing the restroom trash before serving drinks!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. **Pros:** The soundproofing in the room was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Our family suite, room 1801, was incredibly spacious, and both the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The large TV was great, and screen mirroring was very convenient. Breakfast was satisfying. The noodles and wontons, a specialty of Starway, were exceptionally delicious! The melon served at breakfast was incredibly sweet; I had several slices every day! The view from the large window was stunning. **Cons:** Upon arrival after 2 PM on the first day, our room wasn't ready, which made the check-in process a bit slow. The front desk seemed understaffed. The bathroom in suite 1801 was not properly waterproofed; we could clearly hear the sounds of showering from the floor above. However, my friends in other rooms didn't experience this issue, suggesting it might be a specific problem with our suite, 1801. Upon check-in, we noticed there were no towels or bath towels, but they were quickly delivered after a phone call. There was no soap dish. There were no hooks or racks to hang clothes and towels in the shower area. The conditioner came in sachets and was oddly placed in the drawer with the toothbrushes and toothpaste, not in the shower area. I initially thought no conditioner was provided. This seemed quite illogical.

The hotel's location isn't far from Harbin Institute of Technology, with convenient subway and bus access. Parking is available, though spaces can be a bit tight. The room was spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Drinks were provided in the fridge, which was fantastic! My child absolutely loved it. 😘

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay! When I was looking for hotels near Harbin High-Speed Rail Station, many reviews for other properties mentioned small rooms. This hotel, however, immediately stood out for its generous space. Considering my daughter needed a place to do her homework, the room we booked was perfect. It featured a long, integrated countertop that served as both a spacious desk and shelving, which was incredibly practical and stylish. The hotel was clearly renovated in 2023; there was no lingering 'new build' scent, and all the facilities were sparkling new. The smart toilet even flushed automatically, a convenient and hygienic touch. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a truly refreshing experience. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. A subway station is right at the doorstep, and it's just one stop to Harbin Institute of Technology. I also appreciated the unique architectural style of the subway station itself. Cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping staff (Ayi) cleaned our room daily, replenished essentials like toilet paper, and we received complimentary bottled water and drinks every day. I particularly loved the natural wood decor, which created a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing ambiance. The staff were exceptional. The front desk personnel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and even the cleaning staff greeted us warmly, adding a lovely personal touch to our stay. In summary, I was highly impressed with both the hotel's environment and its wonderful team! I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone and hope my review serves as a helpful guide for your booking.

I found my experience to be just okay. There are only two elevators, which led to long wait times, and they were frequently shared with cleaning staff. While sharing with housekeeping was somewhat understandable, what I found completely unacceptable – and a first for me – was them using the guest elevators to transport trash. The surrounding area consists mostly of old buildings, and tourist attractions are a bit of a distance away. However, taxis are readily available and quite convenient. Be aware that drivers here can be quite aggressive, and locals sometimes come across as a bit brusque. I'd highly recommend using ride-hailing services; my experiences with those were consistently excellent.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, perfect for families with children. As all rooms are on higher floors, you get to enjoy a stunning night view of Harbin. Definitely try the Xingcheng Noodles for breakfast; they were absolutely delicious!
