The hotel facilities are complete, and the front desk service is excellent. They called me in advance to ask about my preferences and arranged the room according to my requests, which saved a lot of time during check-in. The lobby is spacious, and the rooms are also large with great natural light. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It was a very satisfying stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

Hampton by Hilton !!!! Always clean, always great service. Front desk personnel very helpful. Located in two minutes walk to two big shopping centers.

Classic Hampton quality Hotel with basic breakfast buffet and good comfort. Good location close to train station.

Not the quality we are used to for Hilton Hotels. Not confortable, breakfast was very thin and the rooms quite small amd zero view. Not close to the station and very farfrom the city.

You can travel by subway. The room area of comfortable big bed room is about 30 square meters. If you need it, Huan Xiaopeng can help you upgrade the room type for free. In response to your breakfast question, Huan Xiaopeng has fed back to the restaurant. Some of the staff is cocky, highly inappropriate in such a hotel. Aslo, the room I was given seemed to have all the damaged amenities and furniture collected in one place. Even the door was difficult to open.

The location is very convenient, the service was nice everyone was friendly and helpful. Got all the all the necessities but the only problem was with the mat/carpet I think it could be cleaner? Vacuum and stuff. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

The Family Room is not according the pictures, also the facilities for the children are very old or broken. The Manager helped us but not cover all. Unfortunately, we was so disappointed.

Location is a little further out but is close to restaurants and Wanda plaza. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
