Ulasan Boutique Hotel (Harbin Central Street)

The room is not particularly clean, including food stains on the sofa and dust along the edges of the floor. Sofa is also cloth based and does not look like it has been cleaned. No tissue paper provided. Hotel room has only a very weak heater in one corner, non-adjustable and barely producing any heat. Room is freezing at night in December/ January. Hot water also comes and goes and is not constant. Though Staff was friendly and helpful, there is little they can do about the lack of facilities. The only upside is the highly central location within short walking distance to MRT and Zhongyang street. Will not recommend this place unless you're on a really tight budget

Great location, easy access to ZhongYang Road (Central street) , Subway is just a few minutes walk, airport bus also within 8 minutes walk. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. I felt great to stay here. Thank you for a wonderful hospitality provided! ❤️

The hotel is located very close to the Main Street with all the restaurants. The owner is an amazing person who helps a lot if you need anything. The room was ok for one person .

The room was smaller than it was shown on the pictures. We booked a queen room for two people but the space was suitable only for one person. The hotel didn’t provide every day cleaning. We also had to ask for additional towel since everything was provided just for one person. But from other side, even I think we were the first foreigners to go there they handled the situation very good. The hotel location is perfect, next to the ZHONGYANG STREET, next to the subway if you want to go to snow & ice island. And the owners they were very nice with us.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. It's also convenient to get to Central Street and the riverside. There are steps at the entrance, which is normal, but there are also steps next to the bed, so be careful with the lights on at night. There was a layer of dust under the bed, and hair on the floor. What I find most incomprehensible is that the hotel owner only provides one towel and one bath towel in a standard room to save money. I've never seen anything like it before. How much could they save on cleaning fees by providing one less set? The curtains are double-layered sheer curtains, probably also to save money, as the room was still bright at night.

The hotel is located near Central Street, only about 150 meters away from Central Street subway station, about 3 minutes away, with very convenient transportation. The bustling Central Street is right outside the door, and there are many attractions around, such as Saint Sophia Cathedral, Songhua River, etc. It is very convenient to get there by foot or public transportation.

This stay was great! I came to Harbin alone and booked this hotel casually. I didn't expect to be able to book such a comfortable hotel at this price. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom facilities were very new and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and they also helped to store luggage. The location is convenient, with Central Street and the subway just outside, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. It is very cost-effective and I will choose this place next time!
