Ulasan Crystal Orange Hotel (Harbin West Railway Station Wanda Plaza)

Good location, Everything is good except no Aircon. Very hot after shower although now is -15 cold.

All in all a decent hotel but perhaps a little expensive for what you get…

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

設施：行政大床房，沙發可以變1.5米寬的床，非常適合帶娃出行。 衞生：挺整潔乾淨，酒店也比較新。早餐收拾和擦桌子很及時。早餐品類不錯，雖然比不上五星級，但比一般經濟酒店要好很多，基本上熱餐 冷菜 小吃 麪條 西餅 咖啡都有，還有東北特色凍梨 鍋包肉 酸菜餃子 環境：過地下通道就是萬達，很近。可以帶娃去玩親子樂園以及抓娃娃。吃的也很多。 服務：打掃衞生的大姨很熱情。給了很多瓶裝水，還有拖鞋。 前台amy服務熱情周到

這次入住體驗真是太棒了！始終把顧客的需求放在第一位，崔萌服務很熱情周到，讓我印象深刻，好感度瞬間飆升！而且，酒店的位置也很棒！交通便利，周邊設施齊全，出門就能找到好吃的和好玩的。細節方面更是完美無瑕！房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨舒適，每一個細節都體現了酒店的用心和品質。

前台服務人員的微笑與高效辦理入住，讓人初來乍到便心生好感。房間整潔明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。早餐品種豐富，營養均衡．整體而言，這次入住體驗非常愉快，無論是設施、服務還是環境，都令人印象深刻，是值得推薦的一家酒店。前台崔萌服務好，很滿意。

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，房間很寬敬，早餐種類很多，房間很舒適，裝飾得很精緻，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，小朋友很喜歡，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦，崔萌服務很熱情，設施設備很齊全。下次還會再來。

超乎預期的好，房間整潔大氣，語音智能服務讓女兒一直開心的喊“小度小度”。酒店服務非常好，有求必應。我第三天走的早，酒店貼心的給我們準備了豐富的早餐帶着。還送了非常貼心的小禮物！

環境分給到五分，裝修非常有品位，晚上十分安靜，給我們提供一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，崔萌服務很好，環境舒適，真心推薦，設備齊全，附近就有商場。

酒店入住感不錯，房間設施設備也很齊全，點的外賣都是由機器人送到房間，很方便，服務人員非常熱情，前台的小姐姐崔萌服務很周到，房間很乾凈，很滿意的體驗。環境好。

家庭出行必選桔子水晶，一般地理位置都很方便，酒店門口有免費停車位，裏面設施也很齊全，房間配的手沖咖啡粉還行，有浴缸和按摩椅，去冰雪大世界玩完全身冷冰冰，回酒店泡個澡驅寒再按摩一下真的很放鬆，還有加濕器開着睡覺，倒兩三瓶礦泉水就夠一晚上了，暖氣房裡睡醒鼻子不會很乾。選對酒店真的會對一個城市好感度無限飆升，哈爾濱萬達廣場店的崔萌服務十分熱情貼心周全，小朋友很喜歡姐姐。
