Ulasan Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia Church

Ia jauh lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, sangat penyayang, bilik tidak disangka-sangka bersih dan kemas, TV bilik tidur besar, dan jarang melihat TV sebesar itu di hotel. Terdapat banyak juadah terkenal berdekatan, semuanya berdekatan dengan hotel, seperti chef lama Laochang Chunbing, dll. Saya cadangkan semua orang datang ke Harbin.

Perjalanan ke Harbin ini, hotel yang ditempah dari Ctrip boleh dikatakan sangat berpuas hati. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Central Street, ia sangat mudah untuk berjalan di sepanjang Jalan Central ke Sungai Songhua, dan Gereja Saint Sophia tidak jauh dari hotel. Perkhidmatan meja depan sangat baik, daftar masuk dan daftar keluar sangat mudah, bilik hotel bersih dan kemas. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta, tempat letak kereta lebih mudah.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. A stone’s throw from the saint sophia cathedral and central walking street. Staff from the hotel were extremely helpful and gave great food recommendations for the area. Will definitely return again!

I highly recommend this Hotel. The front desk service is excellent. Informative and helpful. They are so kind to give away daily "supper". Upon check out, they give away little pack of gift as well. So thoughtful. The location is excellent, walking distance to St Sophia, shopping malls, Zhongshan main street and the SongHua River. Room is so pretty, colour theme is so soothing to the eyes, bed were superbly comfy, room is very clean. The toilet has a dyson hair dryer! Highly recommend Mercure St Sophia to travellers, you gonna love it!

The second night stay was much ok. The staff service today from different team was much better than the first day experience. 😁

I spent two wonderful days wandering around Harbin, enjoying the atmosphere, the Russian architecture and the north-east Chinese food. The Mercure Hotel was the perfect base for me. Excellent room and breakfast, very friendly staff, close to all the main sights. Highly recommended.

I was staying in Harbin as part of a wandering holiday, I chose this hotel due to its proximity to St Sophia. I came to Harbin in search of good Russian food and we not disappointed, although the Russian BBQ proved to be the best of our selection. Access to cars via the Didi app was fairly easy, but the oneway system meant that we sometimes had a ten minute wait. The staff were kind and helpful and we had plenty of instant coffee provided to keep us going. Our only critism was the limited size of the breakfast room and the limited nature of quality offerings.

High-quality facilities and services! Checking-in was quick and easy. My room was clean and spacious. They also provide warm snacks every night and Modern Ice Cream. Breakfast buffet served food of good quality and had both Eastern and Western choices. Lastly, when it comes to accessibility, it's close to bus stops, train stations, and attractions. I slept well & definitely enjoyed my stay!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Central Street and Sophia Church. Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. There was free minibar and also dessert every night. Free ice cream was a nice touch too. We were also given some gifts when we checked out which was very thoughtful. My son found the heated toilet seat helpful in the cold weather. Overall an excellent stay and we will stay there again if we return to Harbin. .

Must stay hotel in Harbin! They have a welcome pack when arrived at check-in and a gift pack at check-out, also free ice popsicle, wine and night snack. Centrally located and close to the main shopping street, 10-15mins walk to the subway.

The room is comfortable with well designed bathroom. The hotel took care of little detail like providing hot drinks at the lobby (as the temperature is around -20 degrees and a bottle of moisturiser in the room due to the dry weather. The front office housekeeping staff are very helpful. Location is excellent as it is within walking distance to central street and st Sophia. It is also surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Highly recommended for leisure travellers

Two very nice rooms - cosy and warm. The staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a bath to be close to our children’s room on the same floor. Kids packs when we arrived and local delicacies on departure. Super sweet staff and great service. Close to the Cathedral and also to the Zhongyan Street which was very vibrant in the evening despite -25 degrees. Thank you to all the kind staff.
