Hotel di Haxi Wanda/West Bus Station Business Cirlce, Harbin

It’s a good place to stay, clean hotel room located at a modern shopping mall and close to the high speed railway station. The hotel allows us to check in early which is super nice but when we get in the room we smell some smoke smells not sure it’s was from ex-customer or what. But after we turn on the window and exhaust fan in bathroom the smells gone in shortly so actually not a big problem. Overall is a good place to stay.

Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin.

If you don't mind the hotel located at building shared with other hotels and companies then this is a value for money stay with modern design and clean comfortable room. Located within walking distance to Wanda Mall, this hotel is ideal for access to Harbin West Train Station and Harbin Airport

Room is spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping. Sufficient heating for frigid winter. Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. They even do pick up or drop off from/to Harbin West Railway Station so that's really helpful when you just arrived from the airport in the middle of the night. Breakfast needs improvement as they have the same menu for the 6 days we were there but it's understandable given the size of this hotel.

Отдыхали здесь 4 ночи- 2 взрослых, 3 детей, брали 2 номера. Отель очень новенький, чистенький. Все понравилось. Парень на рецепции хорошо говорит на английском. Постель и полотенца белоснежные, матрасы и подушки достаточно удобные. С уборкой не совсем понятно - в одном номере убирали ежедневно, в другом могли не убрать, только доставить воду. Завтраки - восторг! Давно такого не встречала, в Китае бываем часто. Всегда проблема накормить детей. Здесь для них был большой выбор - рис, лапша, наггетсы, суп с лапшой, фрукты, выпечка. В отеле есть прачечная: оставляешь белье в стиралке, подписываешь, если не забираете, то сотрудник переложит в сушку (при необходимости) и потом вытащит. К сожалению, в отеле только 2 лифта, всегда приходиться ждать по несколько минут. Но поскольку этажность небольшая, терпимо. Отель находиться с торца Wanda Plaza, чтобы попасть туда, нужно пройти 20 метров. Также рядом ТЦ с муравьем. В здании отеля есть маленькие супермаркеты, где можно купить необходимое. Также за углом целая улица кафе. В пешей доступности ресторан с пекинской уткой Henna. Напротив отеля всегда стоят машины Такси, оплата по счетчику.

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

選這家主要看重整體環境和配套，公共區域寬敞大氣，設施配置很到位，想運動可以去健身房，衣服臟了直接用洗衣房烘乾機，省事不少。辦理入住的時候我不太懂會員相關問題，前台工作人員沒有不耐煩，一點點幫我講解清楚，態度特別熱情。整體入住感受很好，各類設施用着順手，出行也比較便利，值得推薦。

Booked a queen bed room without window but surprised to be upgraded to king size bed room with window. A little problem upon my arrival to the building as I was trying to look for the Sheng Ya logo outside the building. There is none. Just look for LOFT and go into the door on the right and navigate through to the lift. Some lifts do have the Sheng Ya (盛雅）logo beside the 14A button. At 14A floor, follow directions to front desk, where you will be greeted by a resident cat there. The bubbly young receptionist was friendly and she took photo of my passport as with other hotels. My room and pass code was sent to my WeChat in a jiffy. Loved the clean and spacious room, can even do your own laundry if your room comes with washing machine. Close to Harbin West Railway station and Metro station. I had a good night sleep after going for a bath house nearby (悦溪棠温泉洗浴）. Only downside， there are 5 lifts, can be a long wait for lifts and there are times when the lift stop at almost all floors. Other than this, highly recommended for single traveller to Harbin, value for money and conveniently located.

One oft he biggest atour locations I’ve stayed in! Right next to Harbin xi HSR station and along a street of eateries! Also walking distance to Wanda Plaza, the huge mall in Harbin. Would stay again

The hotel location was great near the Wanda plaza and the entrance to the metro station, it is good when you are traveling in a temperature of -30C. The room was heated and the floor was also with heating, hot shower and Japanese toilet 😍. A nice spot in the room where you can sit and have dinner or snack with a view on the window. Minibar is free! The receptionists were nice and pleasant even with poor English(that's why there is google translate). The breakfast was tasty little if western food but you can manage with the Chinese one too. But the area was small so you may come very early or before the end of the breakfast to enjoy a table for yourself sometimes you may share it with others but its nice to mingle.
