Good hotel in the heart of downtown. Staff at reception were helpful and the rooms very spacious. Breakfast was adequate too. Close to all amenities, so overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Right in the middle of town, a close walk to the river, parks, historical buildings, UCON and Dunkin’ Stadium. The greatest thing about this hotel is the massive spacious rooms with a full kitchen. Parking was super easy and affordable.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Value for money, Corridor soundproofing; This three-night check-in experience was extremely bad, because I had already stayed for two nights on January 25th and 26th, and I felt okay, so I booked another 3 nights in March, but I didn't expect it to be a nightmare. I checked in very late on the first night. After checking in, I found that the sound of the air conditioner was super loud, basically over 70 to 80 decibels. Since it was late at night, I had to wait until the next morning to report this problem to the hotel front desk. No problem. Thinking of the hotel front desk refusing to communicate, saying that all the rooms are like this. I had no choice but to report this problem to Ctrip customer service. Ctrip customer service tried very hard to help us communicate, but the communication was still ineffective. The hotel's attitude was still very tough. There was no way but to turn off the air conditioner at night and turn it on again in the morning. It is really the worst and worst hotel experience ever! The price is not cheap, you can stay in a good brand hotel for the same price, just because the room here is bigger, and the two nights I stayed in January felt okay, I didn't expect to fall into a big pit! Here is a word, Ctrip is still very responsible, will patiently help communicate and give some compensation, thank you Ctrip.
