Location is fantastic A simple short walk to many places around Bukit Bintang, like Pavilion KL, Alor Food Street, Berjaya Times Square, etc… But driving in and out of the property can be quite a challenge, as it is surrounded by small lanes and traffic can be quite bad during peak hours. The property is somewhat like a condo hotel type. You don’t get housekeeping every day. And you gotta throw your own rubbish at the dump room yourself. You don’t get some amenities as with a normal hotel. No bottled drinking water, no table cloth or face towels, and no tissue box as well. Don’t remember seeing any safe in the room too. Staff were friendly and helpful (to some extent), but the user-experience is something new to me. The check-in is self-service and any missing items will be charged to the guest. Requests for additional towels or late check-out are all chargeable, no exceptions can be expected. Price is ok, considering being in the city center, it is a lot cheaper than the better hotels. I will explore other accommodations for my future visits before deciding if I would stay here again.

Location wise is good, near to bukit bintang with car park. Room full with furniture, and surprisingly comewithout washing machine dryer. Only complain is lift waiting time is long and no tissue paper provided in living room.

Location was excellent very close to the pavilion etc also walking distance to Jalan Alore which serves mainly Chinese cuisine, if you’re on a halal diet best to check with the vendors We had a 3bed apartment it was ok, size cleanliness was all good however some small adjustments can take it to good, - having better quality shampoo shower gel hand wash and toilet paper, - having a hook in the bathroom to hang towel and clothes - provide a hand towel, we used the provided bath towels - although the apartment is well equipped with a washing machine drier etc it’s missing an iron Overall the apartment is adequate we would stay again but bring our own toiletries The address shown will take you to the sleeping Lion suites entrance which is the a joining hotel for axon the street is Lorong Walter Grenier

i think its quite well overall, the lift is super slow, near to shopping complex.

The address is right in between Times Square and Bukit Bintang, so the location is excellent. The check-in & check-out system is online, so no reception is available at the hotel lobby. Overall, it was a really good experience for us.

The host was very helpful and fast response. Nice location near to pavilion and interesting area. The room was great clean and well organized. All amenities and wifi is fast. The view trx tun razak exchange. Will do stay again here. Very recommended.
