Service by the staff hotel was good. It is strategic place where nearest to every place I went to. There’s also new outlet of Cafe Amazon in front of the hotel & food restaurant beside the hotel, it was a great idea to open there.

Con : Normal just kick off the parking bay when you're back late. Pro : near Makro hypermarket

Comforts stay here, the location is good and they allow me to check in earlier since the room is ready

Overall is satisfactory except the location is some distance from town. As for the room service we need at least 4 pillows, 1 pillow for each is not comfortable. Thank you

First time at Hatyai. I stayed in 3 nights. Location is good, near the Diana department store and restaurants. It is a central of city. Convenience to head to many places around popular places in Hatyai or easy for upcountry. Room is pretty clear (4/5)

B2 group hotels has never disappoint me. Although it's basic but it has all a hotel should have. Location is strategic too.

The freeze not cool. Dustbin only have 1, just in toilet.

The location is great, and the service was good. I just wish the hotel would renovate the floors; it would make the place even better.

Room: Cramped and too small for three people; it felt like a room designed for two. Bed: Quite firm. Pillows: A bit on the harder side. Wi-Fi: Unreliable, with a weak signal that disconnected frequently. Staff Service: Good. Parking: Ample. Location: Conveniently close to tourist attractions.

The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Very convenient location. Excellent!
