夜のバイキングは種類が豊富で、ビール、ワインも飲み放題。朝も追加注文したパンケーキも込み。ラウンジでもお水、お茶、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題、アイスクリーム、もみじまんじゅうまで無料で揃えてあって、真夏汗だくで戻って来た時には何度も利用させていただきました。家族全員大満足で、また泊まりたい宿であり、知り合いにも薦めたい宿です。

２度目の宿泊。相変わらず最高でした。お部屋もお料理もサービスも全てにおいて大満足！ バイキングでのお酒の飲み放題はお酒好きな人には大満足なはず！ 娘の誕生日旅行でしたので、デザートプレートやプレゼントまで準備してもらい、娘も大喜びでした♡ 家族は初めて連れて行きましたが、とても気に入ってくれたので毎年泊まることに決めました！ フェリー乗り場から近いし、荷物の預りも快く引き受けてくれるので本当に助かってます。

Excelente opción para Miyajima. Frente a ferry y cerca de todo, habitación muy completa y servicio muy amable

朝食のみの予約でしたが、朝食も満足！ 清潔さもあり、サービスも満足でした。子供達は入浴後のアイスバーやロビーでのアイスクリーム無料提供、ドリンク、もみじ饅頭のサービスにも大変喜んで気に入ってました。畳のお風呂も初体験でした。 また、機会があれは宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

髭剃りの切れあじが良くなかった。

I wasn't sure what to expect but I felt that this accomodation over delivered. It's not as boutique as some and is, due to it's location, in less of a "character " area however it's also opposite there Ferry which makes it easy to deposit your bags. We arrived before checkin time and there was definitely no early checking however we were welcomed and 'pre checked" so that we could go out and enjoy the town. We stayed 2 nights and we could have easily stayed three. If you are an active tourist there is plenty to do on this wee island. Our room had great air con; comfortable futon style beds and a good massage chair. When you "really" check in there are pyjamas and slippers to choose from and you are welcome to wear these within the facility. I enjoyed doing this..no everyone does. The hotel has a lovely public bath. Evening meals are buffet - but certainly not low quality. We prefer to eat later and not was sometimes a challenge to be able to secure a later reservation. On our second night we were serviced a "special" meal given that we had reserved for 2 nights. We appreciated this attention to detail. There is a nice lounge for guests with tea and coffee and a bar /small kitchen for snacks and drinks. As non Japanese we felt that there was enough information what allowed us to understand how to behave a(so as not to offend) and to enjoy ourselves and the facility. This isn't a full "Ryokan" experience but it was a good "in between" opportunity for us. I certainly would recommend this as an option for anyone wanting a night or more in Miyajima.

An amazing location and beautiful hotel. I booked this hotel due to their unique room style ( Loft ). The bed is upstairs ( with a tv & ac ) very comfortable bed. The downstairs is big with sink, couch, table ( Bose speaker ) a big tv & ac, and a right size of bathroom. Perfect for a family or couple. Outstanding service from the staffs of front desk and breakfast restaurant. They even allowed me to use bath after I checked out, after returned from a hike at Mt. Misen ( which I didn’t use it) they’re tried to accommodate your needs if it’s possible. Highly recommended to stay this hotel for an overnight.

After battling crowds in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima, Miyajima and the Hotel Miyajima Villa were a welcome respite. Indeed, we so enjoyed our stay that we added an additional night. Before and after the arrival and departure of day trippers from Hiroshima, we felt as though we had the island and its wild deer all to ourselves. The hotel is immaculate, ideally located (a few steps from the ferry and a short walk to the island's attractions) and staffed by incredibly helpful, friendly and energetic staff. A hearty breakfast got each day off to a solid start while our afternoon soaks in the top floor onsen were perfect for getting rid of kinks from a day of sightseeing.

The service was outstanding. The detail to us was exceptional. The rooms were Great and extremely cosy. It was in December and it was cold and rained while we were there but the villa was a welcome back from our long walks around Miyajima. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. As for the food, it was buffet with oysters…. Say no more…… as much as you can eat, with the utmost respect. Free wine. I cannot get over the fried oysters and French bread, I could eat them for days. The Bakery was exceptional and the marbled bread was delightful. The only negative is, I would hate for be here in Summer as it would be jammed packed.

This is my second stay at the Miyajima Villa and this time we had my 2 year old son with us. We stayed in a triple bed room with a view of the harbour which my son loved, he liked watching the boats and cars from the windows. The beds were mattresses on a single raised platform which was great as it was the only hotel we stayed in where we didn't have to worry about our son rolling off the bed on to the floor in the night. The room was clean and had a relaxed feel. At dinner we were provided with a baby chair and cutlery for our son which was good and the staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with him. The evening buffet was the same both nights but on our second night we were also served a fantastic pasta as well as a beef dish for main. Both were delicious but the beef was fantastic. The hotel is opposite the ferry terminal and also has easy access to the main part of miyajima and tori gate.

Very close to the port and ferry. Nice service and very authentic comfort room. Free onsen that was very nice and refreshing! The dinner/breakfast is in the basement, and its ok- it could be better but its not bad. Overall, very nice hotel and good experience!

瀬戸内海に佇む厳島神社の大鳥居の美しい景色を堪能したくて選んだお宿が宮島別荘でした。立地の良さ、明るく清潔なお部屋、利便性を重視したアメニティ、お食事の美味しさ、そして至る所に散りばめられた心配りに、とても快適な時間を過ごすことができました。朝風呂で眺めた景色は抜群でした！ 一人旅の気楽さと言うこともあり、ロビー脇に併設されているバーで食後酒や寝酒の一杯を所望し、ラウンジのソファでくつろぎながら飲むこともできるのが良かったですね。スタッフさんが細やかな説明をしながら勧めてくれる土地のお酒も珍しく楽しい時間でした。ただ、ここではピザといった洋風簡単メニューしかなくて、歳を経るごとに重い夕食を避ける私たちのような年配の利用者にとっては、ピザはちょっと…。蔵Vittoという素敵な名前で、朝食も夕食も美味しいところなのですから、土地の味などを生かした小鉢など何品かあれば最高だったのにと、少しだけ残念。 最高だったのはスタッフさんたち。丁寧な応対は言うまでもなく、言葉の端々からはサービスを良くしようという熱意も伝わってきて、こちらも思わず微笑んでしまうようなそんな親しみさも感じさせてくれました。おかげさまで美しい景色だけでなく暖かな人柄にも触れることができ、心に残る滞在となりました。是非お勧めしたいお宿ですし、私自身もまた宮島に来る際はまた泊まりに来たいお宿です。

Este hotel es el más nuevo de la isla, aunque en estilo ryokan es bastante moderno. Está ubicado justo enfrente de la estación del ferry. Todo está impecable de limpio y la habitación es relativamente grande. El onsen en el ultimo piso es precioso con una hermosa vista a la bahía, también impecable. El desayuno es bastante variado y de excelente calidad, con bastantes opciones occidentales. El hotel tiene un área de lounge donde no solo te puedes relajar también hay café, té, helados y los dulces típicos de la isla. Aunque hicimos check out nos permitieron usar el lounge cuando buscamos nuestro equipaje, lo cual les agradezco en el alma porque ese día estábamos en ola de calor y la sensación térmica llegó a 37C y tener ese espacio para refrescarnos hizo toda la diferencia. Eso de verdad es servicio al cliente ☺️

Ottimo albergo nelle vicinanze dell'arrivo dei traghetti, vista mare. Bella la hall dotata di sale con ogni comfort. Bella la camera pulita e dotata di bagno in perfette condizioni. Abbiamo avuto una mezza pensione e quindi la sera abbiamo goduto di un veramente ottimo buffet dotato di una ricca scelta di cibo. Gratuite anche le bevande alcooliche e non. Discreta anche la colazione
