Hotel berhampiran Edificio Apartamentos Duplex (Arq, Antonio Quintana) di Havana

Having booked our anniversary experience and chosen Cuba as our choice of destination from our bucket list, we were SO thrilled to have picked MYSTIQUE REGIS Boutique Hotel by Royalton as our preferred choice of stay. This beautiful newly refurbished boutique hotel in the heart of Old Havana was perfectly located with access to all key tourist and local sights, vintage car experiences, eateries and of course a comfortable and super clean rooms to come back to after a long day of sightseeing! Beautiful rooftop for sunrise brekkie to provide you with awesome City views! This is a must for daily starts.. Now most importantly the Welcoming staff were the epitome of Cuban hospitality. Always there to help and guide no matter how small or big the problem like booking taxis, site seeing, restaurant recommendations and moreover endlessly trying to help us communicate with the lost and found airport people who lost our luggage sadly! But that’s another story! Big shout out and THANK YOU to the Mystique Team Kim, Arianna, the marketing butler team and all the lovely reception ladies and bell gentlemen! Отдыхали на Кубе в апреле 2023. Забронировали одну ночь в этом отеле за 10,5тр. Во время путешествия потребовалось сместить даты бронирования на один день ( очень хотели попасть на шоу кабаре Тропикана). Сервис Trip три дня кормил обещаниями решить вопрос в течении 24 часов. Внятного ответа можно ли изменить даты бронирования так и не получили. Пришлось бронировать вторую ночь на нужную нам дату. Эта бронь обошлась в 11,5т.р. разницу в цене списали на колебания курса. В момент заселения оказалось, что первая ночь оплачена только для одного человека, хотя при бронировании выставлялось два человека. А вторая ночь забронирована на две персоны. За первую ночь потребовалось доплатить 85€. Одним словом данный сервис Trip.com не советую использовать. Теперь об отеле: огромным минусом для русских является не возможность использовать наличные. Весь отель работает только с картами. Русские карты естественно не работают, платежную систему Мир только начали внедрять на Кубе. Соответственно мы не могли воспользоваться рестораном, баром, бассейном. В целом отель для Кубы не плохой, единственное что сильно смутило ободранная тюль. Ну прямо совсем, с клоком ниток по полу.

Everything was good and friendly staff, there wasn’t internet on first day and they give us alternative cards for 5 hours and it is really appreciated but for 5 stars I will expect no issues like this. But you are on Cuba you need to understand that and have a patience. All in all recommended.

Amazing place to stay, the hotel really is just so beautiful and definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff are all so helpful and really just so lovely. Right next to the ocean and the views are just incredible. To get into town they have a free shuttle bus that goes into old town there and back.

有個年紀比較大的女前台務極差，當客人詢問問題時，愛答不理。諮詢WiFi問題，不給解決方案，當客人說能否購買時，才回答能購買。但當顧客掏錢購買時，卻又說買不了，需要等。在後麪顧客多次詢問WiFi能否購買的期間，趁着語言不通，忽悠顧客索要小費。而且在房間無法使用WiFi，衹能在大廳使用。WiFi按小時收費。房間沒有熱水，無法洗熱水澡。

Second stay in 2023 at this very comfortable little hotel next to Centro Chirurgico. Since my first stay this year, the hotel seems to have changed management, but without compromising service or quality (although the posted rack rate has increased by approx 5x!). In general, the hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. Surrounded by a charming garden and terrace. Gated, with security. Air conditioning in rooms is great. Dining area not air conditioned, so need to sit on the terrace for a breeze. Meals were sit-down with choice of fish/chicken/lamb. The meals (although simple) are prepared by a chef and very tasty. Much better than many of the bad buffets at other hotels. Small bar area is now open for drinks in the afternoon and evening. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. All staff speak (some) English. Location is close to the many restaurants at the bottom of Paseo. There are numerous small shops at the bottom of Paseo in the same area where you can buy beer, liquor, wine in pesos at reasonable prices. Location next to the heart hospital means you can easily find taxis near the hotel. However, the cheapest transportation option is to walk down Paseo to the Malecon and wait for the children's train which makes a loop from the Plaza de las Armas to the Riviera Hotel approximately every 2 hours for 40 pesos. Hotel will currently change money at the official government rate of 120/USD, but you this is not recommended as you can obtain a better rate easily on the ”informal” market. Wifi for sale at front desk for 40 pesos/hr. Coverage can be a little bit spotty, sometimes you lose the signal. Other reviews have raised water temperature/pressure issues: these are not generally the fault of hotels. Water system in Havana has lots of issues.

Hotel is excellent except I am disappointed in the way the luhgage storage was handled. I checkrd out on Dec 23 and left my bG there for my return check in on Dec 26. Was told by receptionist & security that i have to pay for daily storage. I made the payment and there was no receipt provided. what is worst is the baggage storage jas no tah for reclaim. what if domeone accidentally takes away my bag which is a rimowa. after i insist on docrmentation i was given a hand written note to indicate my name. For a five star hotel you should be more professional in handling this ; charging returning customers for 3 nites to store a bag when i am returning? and mo receipt after i pay? and mo collection tah for security?
