I recently stayed at INNSiDE Habana Catedral, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Despite facing the challenges of a hurricane during our visit, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a safe and positive experience for all guests. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly remarkable. From providing clear communication and safety measures to making sure we felt cared for and comfortable, the team proved their commitment to guest well-being. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the heart of the old part of the city, making it easy to explore Havana’s charm and history. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel has a gym and a swimming pool on a terrace with stunning views. If you’re planning a trip to Havana, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. You’ll not only find great accommodations but also a team of wonderful people ready to make your stay unforgettable—even in the face of challenges!

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Room spacious and staff including all the comforts. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The top part is the terrace with swimming pool and beautiful view. I didn't get to try the mojitos but they looked fantastic

Wonderful experience overall! Everyone is very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is delicious, walking distance to many attractions, and the pool is refreshing. The staff has attention to detail. If you need something we recommend telling a day earlier so that they can arrange, such as early breakfast and/or early taxi. We would stay again!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great location can go everyone by foot. Rooms are modern and clean with all the amenities you will need. Having a roof top pool with the view of the fortress is also an added bonus. We would recommend this hotel for your stay in Havana!
